Requested a refund for my order after waiting almost 1/2 hr only to be told that my order wasn't prepared yet. Workers are extremely slow and possess no sense of customer service. They seem only to prioritize delivery orders leaving their dining in customers to be serviced last.

They seem to prioritize the delivery order over customers who are dining in. Waiting slmost1/2 an hour only to be told my order isn't made yet. Discgusting customer service!!!

Wow well I don’t really like leaving bad reviews, but anyways each time we order something missing.. even kids meal for my son gets screwed up with no toy included and missing nuggets. It’s upsetting because we use this location often. I feel like I’m throwing away money. And nope this is an on going issue.

They do not follow Directive. If I order salad and ask for cripsy onions why it is never in the bag or baked potatoes why is it never sour cream or butter? One buys chicken nuggets sauce chosen why is it never in the bag? Give the customer all that comes with the meal.In addition, Workers and Manager never answer the phone. When you call the number posted online, the automated service states the number then says leave a message. UNPROFESSIONAL. You are lucky you do not work for me.
