It was closed, guess it was to early in the season

Don't buy anything at this store. I was trying to buy a bottle water. The cashier wanted to overcharge me it for 5 dollars. The original words are "It is 3...no, 5 dollars". He even could not be smart to overcharge people. Maybe because I am not local.
Jones Beach’s Boardwalk Cafe is a mini vacation destination for lunch or dinner. We walked the boardwalk and enjoyed a casual dinner here with ocean views. They serve some good fried seafood platters and salads.

Gross expensive pre wrapped food. It's a shame. Building looks like it was put together over night on the cheap. The roof is a tent. Are you kidding me.

It is quiet and cool place on the Central Mall of the Jones Beach, but the menu is limited.

Ordered a premise panini that took half an hour to warm up. When I told the counter person that maybe they should warm up the panini machine before they open, she said, “Why? No one orders that anyway.†I said, “Why do you have them?†She shrugged. I asked for the manager and she pointed to an old guy who had been there the entire time “doing inventoryâ€. I mentioned the issue with the wait and the machine being put on at opening and he gave me a blank stare and said thank you sarcastically. I asked him what was up with his attitude and he said that it is after the fact and there was nothing he could do!! I said, “you could apologize and be sincere and maybe offer me something for my trouble like a Diet Coke.†He just stared at me. And I said, “No wonder your employees do not know how to act. They get. I thing from you.†Really awful experience that almost ruined our nice day at the beach. Paninis were pretty awful and the bacon on my wrap was raw :( Jones Beach can do better!
