Silverlake Family Restaurant

They advertised an Easter ham dinner so we decided we would get that rather than cook on Easter. Easter hours 7:30am-3pm. At 1pm we placed our order online, for one ham dinner and one turkey dinner. It said to pick up at 2:45. We picked it up and returned home to find cheeseburgers and fries, not our holiday dinners. My daughter went back immediately. She was told there was a mix up but there was NOTHING they could do about it today because they were closing, food was put away and the manager had left and we had to return tomorrow for correction. How do you hand someone an incorrect order and within 5 mins of handing it out, you are unable to correct it? How do you do that to people on Easter? We were left without an Easter dinner because of this restaurant. Before leaving this review, I emailed and have received no response.

Went in and ordered 4 Texas dogs and one order of fries with a side of Texas meat sauce. They made and charged for 4 full meals which is not what we ordered. We got home to find the food thrown in the containers like a 2 year old packed it. Hot dog on top of the fries and meat “sauce” under the empty roll. The meat sauce was just ground beef not at all sauce and we never got the side of sauce. And the hot dogs were sliced down the middle, burnt on the inside and raw and cold on the outside. We were also charged almost $50 for 4 hot dogs and one order of fries. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for even calling this a restaurant. My 5 year old niece could do better than these “adults”!!!!

I appreciate your response, however the email address you provided isn’t a real email address! And the server was told several times what the order was. They just didn’t understand!

I ordered to go paid extra for outline fries and mayo on my burger got neither old lettuce dry Mac salad all around good staff with stoned owners who just don't care I called back they looked it said poutine fries an upcharge not a bit of gravy nowhere my food cold already I'm not coming back but is it really that hard dumbass two outta ten do not recommend

Super long wait for no reason, coffee was full of coffee grounds, omelettes were good but the home fries were cold like they came out of the fridge. When my dad nicely asked the waiter why the home fries were so cold the waiters response very rudely was " I don't know I didn't make them" and then he walked away.

I've eaten here many times. The staff is super efficient. Even on a busy Saturday the most I've waited for my food is 20 minutes. I've ordered several things from the menu, and everything is spectacular. I 10/10 highly recommend eating here.

Angi is one of the best waitresses I have ever encountered in this part of the world, food was great
