We decided to go to Nucci's for dinner because we like to give business to local establishments. At 6:20, we were seated. The waiter came out at 6:40 and took our drink, appetizer, and entree order. We received our drinks 15 minutes later. We were waiting so long for our appetizer that the waiter came out and said he could bring the soup/salad because the orders were all so backed up. After being there for an hour, the appetizer was finally brought to the table.At 7:55, I went over to the owner, Nick, and told him we had already been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and we have other plans we had to get to. We told him we would like to pay for our drinks and appetizer. The waiter came out and said that our entrees were being put on the tray and would be right out. So, we sat back down, and the food was brought out. The prime rib was cold and dry, the filet mingon was overcooked and barely warm, and baked potatoes were cold. We explained to the waiter how the food was, and he went to get the owner. When we told the owner, he became very rude, accused us of lying, and told us we had to pay for the entire bill of $124, even after being unsatisfied. When we told him we would pay for the drinks and appetizer, but not the awful entrees, he grabbed the plates off from the table, spilling it all-over the table and rudely told us to get out, and leave. We again offered to pay for what we already had. Yelling and swearing at us, he threatened to take our license plate number and call the police if we left after he kicked us out. So we decided to call the police because we didn't want to be accused of not paying for our drinks and appetizers. Webster police arrived, and we explained the situation. They told us that because we did receive the main entree at the table that we had to pay the bill in full, which we did not eat because it was served improperly. We should have left when we had the chance. The owner forced us to pay in full for a meal we didn't have. This was a horrible experience. The owner of this business has stolen our money, and he is a thief. We thank the Webster Police officers who came to settle this matter. They were professional, polite, & honorable. If you are considering going to Nucci's, definitely reconsider. The owner is greedy, and this establishment probably won't last based on our experience and the many others we have now read on other reviews.We will be paying attention to reviews more in the future.

It’s been a longtime since I received so much for so little. The meal, Pasta, Ensalada, Chicken French, Chicken Parm, was incredible. Everything, right down to the salad dressing, was delicious. The entire staff was friendly and kind. Absolutely loved everything about this place!Parking: I went on a Wednesday evening. The plaza parking lot had plenty of close spots

We went there last Saturday (2/17/24) and while we were seated right away at 6:30, it took nearly 30 minutes to get acknowledged and order a drink. It took another 30-40 minutes to actually get our drinks. When our drinks came, we placed our food order around 7:30 and then waited and waited. No one came back to check on us or see if we needed another drink or even to fill our water glasses. When our dinner finally came, one of the pieces of prime rib - the 16 oz I think was all fat and had maybe 3 oz of meat on it. We called our waiter over and the owner and told them that that was unacceptable. The waiter informed us that they ran out of prime rib and that was the only piece left. The owner told us to just order a different steak- which we did, but now our friend had to wait for his food, while we ate so ours did not get cold. The owner did not apologize or offer any compensation for our inconvenience. It would have been nice if he at least bought us a drink. We were there for 3 hours. We have gone there many times, but the service and the owner's attitude have definitely gone down hill. Such a disappointment.

The wait between food, and when the server came back to the table was multiples of 15 minutes. Took 35 minutes for appetizers to come out. The entrees were cold when they came out. Management gave an attitude when attempting to discuss the issue. Very negative attitude and blamed the temperature of the food on the server.

Wife and I ordered chicken Asiago for a quick meal while our kid was at dance next door. Food came out in a timely manner and the meal was fantastic, full of flavor. Dipped that baked potatoes in the wine and butter sauce. Chefs kiss!

My husband ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, I ordered prime rib that was supposed to be medium cooked. It was not, I had to have them take it back cause it was still cold, for prime rib it was very dry and tough. Didn’t even serve with Aju, I was put off about the waiter when I said something. He asked in the kitchen and came back to tell me that well nobody else complained and they sold a half a rib tonight. There was no apology or compensation. I brought it home and will probably end up throwing it out. What a waste. Won’t be going back.

This is the Best Italian in Webster possibly Monroe County, everything is absolutely Delicious. They also don't use paper napkins like some other Italian place down the street.

We went in tonight with 6 adults and 3 kids for dinner for my fathers birthday. Immediately, you noticed there was confusion and lack of organization. Our waiter came over to see what we wanted for drinks and possibly appetizers and wasn't even aware enough to notice there were no menus on the table. Our food didn't come until sitting for almost 3 hours. We asked multiple times for the kids food sooner, but it came after ours. We had to prompt them to clear the table from appetizers and salad as plates were piling up. The food was mediocre at best. We sked to comp a meal for the inconvenience, we were denied. We asked to speak to the owner and he wouldn't come over. We saw him when we were leaving and have never been treated so rude by an owner of any establishment. It amazes me that this restaurant is still in business. We have had been here a few times before, and the service was so so but we thought we would give it a try regardless but never again after this.
