Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've tried multiple attempts with this location since their opening and I officially give up. They consistently get orders wrong but my biggest issue is the woman with glasses and her bad attitude.

She got upset with me once because she could not locate my app order because I placed while there (for app only special) and then upon finding it and telling me to come to window; she quickly hustled me off to wait in front of the restaurant.

Today, I asked for sauce for my app order when picking it up and she gives me attitude because the app defaults to a sauce that I was unaware. I actually apologized as I did not know but she was rude about it and upset because she already packed it.

I took the time to go inside and mentioned to the general manager, the consistent bad attitude and he was not trying to hear me and goes on to lecture me about sauce selections in the app.
We are talking about SAUCE here!?!?!

At this point, I will not return as the incompetence to understand quality customer service does not exist from the top down and the food is not never consistent either. With 4 locations within 10 minutes; there is no reason to give them the business if they cannot respect their customers.

Great food and service at Popeyes 713 Sunrise Hwy! The chicken tenders were crispy, mac & cheese creamy, mashed potatoes tasty, and the sandwich fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and fast — everything hot and perfect! 🍗🔥

The cashier didn’t give me my change and walked away for 5 minutes leaving me waiting without my change. He also didn’t ring up a drink I had ordered so I had to pay again. Very unprofessional.

I recently visited Popeyes, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I tried their famous chicken sandwich, and it completely lived up to the hype—crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The sides were equally impressive; the Cajun fries were crispy with a nice kick of spice, and the biscuits were warm and buttery.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick despite the restaurant being busy. The overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for fast food with a bit of Southern charm and bold flavors, Popeyes is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend

This location is a must!! The staff is very friendly. The manager Muhammed is super nice. He has such a positive attitude. He makes you feel welcome. You can tell he enjoys his job. The food is very fresh. The chicken was good, Fries were nice and crunchy and my Frozen Strawberry Lemonade was perfect. Excellent job. This is my new favorite location.

Mohammad made the whole experience. He was joking around with us made laugh the whole time. He gave us extra drink for no reason but except for the fact that he made us wait a tad bit longer. I would come back solely for him

The manager Mohammad is very nice. My mother requested a large order for a gathering she was having at job. The crew treated her so well and delivered amazing service. My mother was so impressed by the customer service she received.

The food was good buttt for this to be a newly opened store I was disappointed about the fries. Fries were definitely sitting under the lamp for a few hrs. Hard and chewy. Very much stale.
