The Cheesecake Factory

Food has gone way down hill. Ordered steak asada for $25 it was a bunch of rice and 5 small pieces of steak. Total ripoff. Asked for the manager who Said hed remake it but it would be the same and offered no other resolution. The manager was a total nitwit and should be replaced.

Food tasted great. The white napkins get a terrible amount of hard to get off lint all over dark clothing. It's a real problem they need to fix. Or at least offer dark napkins for people wearing dark colors.

Another thing is that while the food tasted great, after we got heartburn, and the next day be prepared to suffer gas and be at least near a toilet. Not sure whether it's the spices or what but... Not being sick but terrible gas, bloating, and having to expel that. This exact same experience is mirrored at their Grand Lux franchise, the napkin problem and the heartburn/gas/bloating. So it's something about them as this doesn't happen to me anywhere else.

Another thing is the seating next to complete strangers is a big turn off. Booth will give more privacy.

Silver wear is dirty, back board is filthy, table is sticky, was not given a straw, I will never visit another CCF again this is the second one and had a horrible experience

I haven't been to a cheesecake factory in years and I was so amazed by the dinning experience. Form the hosts to the food to our wonderful server Tito. I will definitely be returning and I will absolutely be sharing my outing with friends and family. 💯

I always leave this place happy

I was disappointed with the carbonara pasta, it falls very heavy and I couldn't sleep. And I also thought it would have more flavor.

Staff not friendly, staff directs customers back to host desk, tables not cleaned, long wait time when tables were empty, disappointed, left without dining. Have dined at other locations better than this, should be managed better.

Was fairly quiet, and the table was secluded to hold conversation ; no complaints server was good, just dint remember their name.

Crowded, but we were able to be seated immediately! The waiter was friendly, the food was fresh and cooked to perfection, and I can't wait to come back. Also happy they brought back some old dishes.

I go here for the fried mac and cheese quite often. Also, the lucinda chocolate cake. Great place to eat after shopping in the mall.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory on the weekend of Black Friday so it was to be expected that it would be busy. The food was really good though. We've been there many times and feel that they do a great job with each meal. The bread is a classic and we love that it's always included. For drinks, definitely get the espresso martini, Georgia peach or a classic mojito. The espresso martini was really really good and all of us kept asking to drink it from the person who ordered it. Our apps were the Crab Wontons (about 8-10) and Spicy Tuna (on crispy rice). Our party ordered a Cobb salad ( it was HUGE and delicious), the Korean Chicken bowl, a chicken picatta, Diane Steak and Salmon, and a Turkey club. Everything came out so good! To end, we ordered a smores cheesecake, which was SO RICH and decadent. You really can't go wrong with the meals at the Cheesecake factory. The only reason I'd take off a star is because there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the seating for our party and wait staff forgetting to bring some of our orders to the table. We've had this issue previously but I still would go back because the food is still excellent.

I love Cheesecake Factory. I had a mixup with my food right at closing and the Manager VICTOR was refreshingly calm and eager to assist and very accommodating! He even gave me a complimentary lemonade as a courtesy due to the extended wait. That was great service on his behalf. Thanks Victor and the Cheesecake Factory staff ❤️

Amazing service. As in every other cheesecake factory, food was excellent in this one too. What we really liked was friendliest and expedited service of the staff. We waited 2 min for the table, our server was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. If you're ever in the area, warmly recommend place to have lunch/dinner.
