Great little place. I saw it as I was heading towards Averill Park and stopped. It was nice to sit near the stream and have my soft serve ice cream.
Parking: Small lot, but being a fast food place, it was adequate.

My system doesn't tolerate dairy, but my husband got a large vanilla cone and I tried some....regretted but it was delicious. I'll go back for my own cone and deal with the repercussions later. It was that good.
Hot fudge brownie sundae came to 7$ has 3 tiny brownies on top. Comes in a small cup, and the girl serving it turns around the tip screen in a blink of an eye. don’t come here better off going somewhere else. 1star!
