My family and I come here all the time. Unfortunately today the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and kept making comments under her breath. First it was “you need to communicate we don’t know who yous are” then it was “oh so you’re not ready then?” when cashing out. You’re the employee. Why don’t you communicate kindly and if you can’t do then maybe try another job. You don’t need to talk under your breath to people like a little kid.

Way cheaper than Niagara produce on everything. The cold cuts are the cheapest in Western New York. Super busy and still everyone working there was a great friendly mood. I also saw that Brooklyn pizza is opening up one of their new locations there.

I had a couple deli trays for a small party done here. They did an outstanding job. So fresh, well presented. Very happy with everything. Ill definitely use Omega Deli for future parties.

Amazing variety of meats as well as frozen products. Breads pastas salads. Ordered my Easter ham boreshead sweet slice ham...can't wait for Easter. Highly recommended.
Omega Deli on Borden Rd is wonderful! Selection is awesome! My Mom was surprised some of the items she found. Love the quality of meat and cheese. Very clean! Staff is wonderful, especially the Cashier, Pam! Very pleasant and friendly! ❤️✌️

Kind of on the fence about this place. I've heard good things about it, prices are reasonable however it's just set up strange.Cold cuts are available at the first counter when you walk in. Number system. They have a variety but they don't have Circle U hard salami. I can live with this. Cheeses are at a different counter. There are spices, breads and such in a separate room. A little confusing. Almost like a wanna be "Guercio's". Whatever.I guess what really ticked me off - there is a tip jar. FOR WHAT???? Handing me bagged cold cuts? I'll be back at some point. Just not anytime soon.

Just wanna give a shout out to an AWESOME establishment! They are super clean! Always friendly! Fast and courteous! After moving away I missed this deli so much! Every time I visit home it’s my go too spot for the freshest sliced deli meat! And cheese!!! Thank you!!!
