Horrible customer service, the most rude worker at 150pm on October 28th, stank attitude and and left at drive thru for 20min, when pulled up to the window she was rude swore and said why did I even come here, will never go here again you will end up waiting 30 min for trash

I go to this location semi regularly and every single time I go there I wait a MINIMUM of 20 minutes for my food. There's always a line of people waiting with me as well. Either they're extremely unorganized or need to train their staff

I would give a negative number if I could. I never go to dunkin but needed donut holes for my neice. empty parking lot and one car in front of me in the drive thru. took 10 minutes just to place my order and another 5 just to get to the window for her to tell me they didn't have any.

After a 25 minute wait while being trapped in the drive thru on this fine Sunday. They couldn't even bother toasting both the English muffins on my sandwiches. That's cool.
