The service was very bad, the atmosphere is nice but the seating is uncomfortable if you have large group they will place you in the back which looks so private and upfront are the booths but if you , have a large group then they added stools which is definitely uncomfortable if your setting for long , so overall I did not enjoy my dinner here at all , the service killed my appetite and the seating was uncomfortable.lastly I did give that one star for the food , because it was good .

Super disappointed and doubt I would go here again for anything but drinks (which were good and decently priced). The service was awful, slow and inattentive, it seemed like there were only 2 servers on a Saturday night. Of my party of 3, I ordered an appetizer instead of an entree and yet got my food last, when everyone else was nearly done, after having to find and tell the server who admitted my order hadn't been entered. Our cocktails arrived with the food which is just odd. The hostess also came half way thru our meal and took the lamp and flowers off the tables which was just seemed rude plus it was dark! It wasn't late, prior to 10, but clearly they were ready to turn to club mode. They barely offered an apology nor any compensation for the late food. It's also loud, which, fine for drinks but not particularly pleasant for a meal. The food was fine, overly electic but lots of GF options if thats your thing.Maybe stick to being a cocktail lounge/bar...

Amazing drinks (mimosas).... and food was great...Enjoyed my visit. I will return...I appreciate going during a less busy time. I can imagine it gets busy....Steak was perfectly cooked. I swaped for Truffle fries, next time I won't...I'll try it as it comes. It still was delicious...Also I don't know how the picture of the bar tender came out in both color and black white... I didn't do it on purpose but it's a cool picture..hope they don't mind me sharing that....

Love this place!!! Ambiance is amazing! We tried almost every drink on the menu! All of them were great! My favorites were the cucumber & espresso martini. Food was amazing! Service was amazing! Our server name was Abraham & he was very knowledgeable & helpful. Perfect place for date night or girls night out!

Had a horrible experience made a reservation for 8pm we arrriced at 750 and was told we would have to sit at the bar because there was another party coming at 830 mind you we had a rese at 8pm. The host didn’t accommodate us and we sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server after we were told wed be greeted. After 15 minutes we left because a server never came to tak our order. I will never recommend this place.

Ridiculously over-priced cocktail. $20 for an old fashioned which I didn’t realize until I got the check. When I questioned it, I got a basic “I don’t make the prices” reply and then promptly hurried out the door. No offer to speak with a manager, no comp for one of the cocktails, no attempt at any customer service. $160 tab for two people and got treated like a j**** Food was just ok. Server was severely hung over with the shakes, but he was nice enough. A real shame I won’t be back over a little effort of customer service.
Love the atmosphere. Reminded me of a garden Grand Central Station. Felt spacious. Food was excellent.

I recently threw my engagement party here and was so happy with my experience! I’ve come to Archie Grand several times and always loved the food and cocktails. Planning a party with Neal was a great experience. The prices were fair and their packages make it easy and straight forward to plan. We did a cocktail style party with open bar. Our guests gave us several compliments throughout the evening about how much they loved the food, drinks, and atmosphere! I would definitely recommend throwing an event here or just coming for a great meal!

This is the place in White Plains New York to bring your team to great happy hour feast. The food is terrific from the pizza to the burgers. Sandwich’s are delicious so no need to go anywhere else. Reasonable prices for what you can eat. If you’re in white plains and want brunch consider Archie grand.
