Disgusting! Went there to order a donut and it was rock solid, when I went to tell him it was hard he argued with me saying all the donuts are soft but as soon as I made him feel the donut he understood and ended up rolling his eyes and proceeded to give me another rock solid donut. Never go there. I also have seen flies on the donuts they sell. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I just witnessed a women return her coffee mentioning that it dosn't taste like her usual order. She was not aggressive or causing a scene as far as I could tell. The young male employee argues with her saying she ordered an additive which she denied. Moments later a women walks in, overhears and says "that's my coffee". On top of this, he did not apologize or express anything other than dismissal. I rarely visit this location as the change in customer service is noticeable. When you go, pay attention to how they treat customers other than yourself. It's really telling.

This place is disgusting and dirty filthy!!! Filled with flies every where. These people are so unprofessional and rude we placed an order spent $30 they completely forgot to give it to us all the items. We had to go back and show our receipt and they still were apprehensive. After all this as i was walking out we saw a mice runing out ?They were ridiculously rude. Will never go and I do not recommend.

I never leave negative reviews for places, but my experience this morning warrants one. I asked for a medium iced coffee. The man behind the counter asked how I wanted it, so I told him just a regular iced coffee no cream or sugar. He said they require at least 2 sugars per medium coffee, so I obliged after going back and forth for a minute explaining I just wanted their basic, plain iced coffee with nothing extra. When my order came, he handed me 2 medium iced coffees packed to the brim with sugar. I shook/stirred the drink and was still having to chew sugar grains. I told the employee I only ordered one coffee, but was charged for two. I told him either take one coffee off my card or give me both coffees. He was unable to redo the charge to my card, and said because I only ordered one coffee I would only get one coffee. I told him I paid for two and could give the other to a friend, but he took it behind the counter and wasn't able to give it to me. Meanwhile, the employee was arguing with a fellow employee behind the counter as they prepared drinks/food. I was just very confused by the whole experience, and shocked at the lack of customer service.

I despise workers that think they can be slick and take advantage of people because they think a language barrier is an excuse for “making honest mistakes”. I went into this DD for a box of hot Joe and a dozen donuts for a corporate event. The young lady at the register was about to charge me $83 for this and she only corrected it because I asked. She proceeded to overcharge me regardless and I can only assume it was on purpose. She overcharged me for a box of Hot Chocolate instead of Joe which is at least $6 more! Does she think customers are dumb? I complained to her face, was given some $ back from the register, not back on the card I just used and her co worker admitted to me that she is tired of the cashier doing that: acting dumb and over charging people on purpose. NOT OKAY! This place needs management to prioritize morals, consider a new cashier with better listening skills and maybe hire more people for busy mornings because this order took 25 minutes for no reason. Don’t come here and consider shopping at another Dunkin facility !!
