The food court at the Galleria, like the Galleria itself, has seen better days. Of the available locations in the food court, at this time between 1/4 and1/3 are vacant. SBarro is one mall mainstay that's been in the Galleria almost as long as the mall's been open. It's never going to rate as great Italian food, but it's reliable, and the prices are reasonable. When I stopped hereon Friday, i was in the mood for their ziti, because they actually do make baked ziti with ricotta and mozzarella, unlike some pizzerias that for some reason beyond comprehension D"ON'T INCLUDE RICOTTA. I'm a lifelong native NYer. I was raised that baked ziti includes ricotta AND mozzarella. If it doesn't have both, don't call it baked ziti. It might as well be spaghetti if you leave the ricotta out. When I go to SBarro, I know their baked ziti will have ricotta and mozzarella, the way a good baked ziti should. And they have the baked ziti with meatballs for under $11 with tax. All the time. Is it great? No. Is it decent? Yeah. Is it a nice, filling lunch? yeah! Plus, it comes with a nice, warm garlic breadstick, which you can use to wipe up any extra sauce left in the pan from the ziti. Yeah, it's a food court. But the quality is reliable, and it's ok. And that's good enough.

I went for my wallet to hand her the dollar but she said take it. Like it’s just sauce no need to be rude about it. But besides that clean nice’ish place to get a slice. Very clean and welcoming restaurant. They provide big portions and for inexpensive prices. I enjoyed the food a lot and the staff were super welcoming and chatty. Will definitely recommend this place.

My friend ordered ceasar salad and found an ant 🜠inside the salad, it was dead sticked to the lettuce. After she complained about it their response was like ‘oh, I'm sorry', plus female who worked there rolled her eyes. No refund offered

I was up here in White Plains on business a few months back , stopped into the Galleria Mall & made the huge mistake of ordering a slice from this location . I would have given 0 stars if I could , this place is terrible , highly over priced , and honestly, who has the extra money to throw away on food that really is "just this side of card board" !! avoid this place - No Joke !!!
Most times they are great. Prices are really low and food is good. I recommend looking at the food before ordering. sometimes the pizza pies looks like they have been waiting for too long.

average food. terrible service. i placed a basic order for a slice and soda that was mishandled. they charged me for a large soda when i ordered a small. no big deal( or so i thought), it happens. but when i let them know my order was incorrect, i was given attitude and was denied a refund. i let the manager know my dissatisfaction, but he was not willing to remedy the situation either. i was incredulous. i cannot in good faith give my money to a business like this that treats a customer so poorly. i will never eat here or at another sbarro again.
