I love the food. My problem is the restaurant is dirty and the staff does nor change their gloves. They use gloves to cash and the same gloves to put your food together. I have a problem with that.Update: This review is for the location on Central Ave.
Bread is oily, the fries taste as if they have been cooked and refried.

Delicious food really enjoy coming to this establishment. The team is awesome. I was greeted with a smile by a handsome young gentleman by the name of Jordan. He said he was new but he was working like if he was there for a long time. Always come here but never was this happy to be greeted with smiles and have a great day. That was awesome.

Unfortunately I have to eat here a lot because I often do work nearby. The food is decent that’s not the issue but the customer service and wait time is a problem. The self check out machine expects you to leave a 25% tip. Companies with their automation need to get a grip if they think i’m leaving a tip without interacting with a human. Secondly they often press ready while the workers are goofing around

The little girls working 09/03/23 at 2pm processing and giving out customer orders need attitude adjustments. I was simply looking over at at the order pickup shelf from the counter to see if my order was ready to try and determine if my name had been called. Yet I was barked at by the girl up front handing out orders asking me "who are you picking up for?" complete with an eye roll. She then went and said something to the girl processing the food in the back and she too rolled her eyes at me. I don't expect this level of poor customer service from anyone working in this mall let alone ShakeShack. Do better.

worst experience ever. now shake shack force to to leave a tip. I didn't leave the last time in the mall. they had me waiting for my burger like 45 minutes. who knows what else these employees do to your food. never returned to the shake shack ever since. they really have to change the service.

Over priced, sloppily made and when I went back to order more food for others in my family they were closed. I guess they decided to close early and not on their posted times. That being said, the food did taste pretty good

My review has to do with drink sizes. When I go to get a large soda, it should be one where I'm floating in the soda. Places like Sarku that used to be in the galleria mall and Annie's pretzels both know how to make a large soda shake shack does not if you're looking for a large soda go downstairs to where they sell the pretzels much larger.
