The food has definitely gone down in terms of quality. And there were times my food was missing , there is absolutely no seasoning. They need to come back with the old recipe.

Nobody speaks English. Signature original 5pc was all bones and breading, NO MEAT! Mashed potatoes were not in the bag and the receipt was also missing. Terrible service every time at this location... it SUCKS!

Chicken dippers, ghost pepper chicken sandwhich and honey mustard chicken wrap were all delicious. The ghost pepper samdwhich was Flavorful, spicey but not overpowering. The dippers were tender and delicious especially with the Popeyes signature dipping sauce. The honey mustard wrap was good, would be better if the chicken was cut up in it. Popeyes fries are delicious.

DO NOT USE THE APP!!
Multiple times when I've used the app to order and go through the drive through, they tell me the order isn't ready and to come back in five minutes. These are small orders, with nobody behind me in the drive thru. This has never happened when I ordered through the speaker.
Tonight they told me to come back on five minutes, but instead I pulled around front and walked in. It was thirty seconds later and my food was bagged and sitting atop the metal heating structure. I'll need to figure out how to get rewards outside of the app.
Edit: on top of it, they left all the chicken finger sauces out. Somehow we have eight packets of honey but not the ketchup or sauces we requested in the app with the meals. Just don't use the app, I guess.

Ordered door dash spent $60 on the order and all they sent was a wrong item and only was 1 item when I ordered 8. I don’t know if it’s because it was late or because the staff was to lazy but now I have to wait a week for a refund and still have to figure out food for my kids.

Their chicken is really good. Be sure to use their app because there are many offers available that make the prices much more reasonable. I'm always amazed at people who walk in and order at the counter and get ripped off. Service is slow, order ahead.

i literally got food poisoning last time i went. i got my food, ate, and my stomach started feeling weird. then, i had my leftovers. still the same day. i ate about 2 bites and then couldn’t even make it to the toilet to puke. thanks. also the guy got my order wrong at first.

Placed an order for an office party in store pick up. When I got there they could not locate my order only to locate a few minutes later. Got my order and drove back only to notice they shorted me 7 peices of chicken. Called store only for them to tell me I can drive back 20 mins for them to give me the 7 peices. No one double checked order. Asked for condiments got 2 ketchup packets and a few napkins. Disappointing not again...read the reviews cause management ain't reading them and making any changes...
