Everything bagel was good, as well as the lox and plain cream cheese. This was my first visit, and based on my experience, I will return. The bagel was smaller than expected but still tasty. Since CoVid-19, everything is becoming the size of sliders. My preference is that things cost a bit more with size remaining the same. Cost goes up even as the size gets smaller.

Stopped in this morning as I do every couple weeks. The young man that is there working consistently before 7am deserves to be recognized. He is always multitasking to keep things moving and he does an incredible job. I wish I had gotten his name. In today’s world where no one wants to work anymore and businesses just don’t open due to lack of staff, I hope the higher ups at Einstein’s recognizes and properly rewards him for his efforts. He could go anywhere to work and be welcomed with open arms.

My first time going to Einsteins was this week and I got bagels for work. Let's just say they were a hit. I got two Baker dozens and they were all eaten by the end of the day. My second time was today and I had two signature breakfast sandwiches and both were really good. With this location being right by my house, I'll be making sure to return again.

just waited 40 minutes for a bagel to be told “sorry for the wait” in the most condescending tone ever. Only having 3 workers on a saturday morning is incredibly inefficient and having the manager who is making the bagels also be the one to have to refund is ridiculous. she had to step away 3 times, once to refund a woman who found a hair in her bagel. not to mention they have no area for people to comfortably wait in. previous times i’ve been in here, they have gotten my order wrong, and they never have the specialty bagels in stock.

Bagel tasted good. Wish they had a place to enjoy inside. It was too cold to sit outside to enjoy my bagel.

As I write this, I have been standing here waiting OVER AN HOUR for bagels only to find out my online order was never received (despite seeing the charge immediately in my bank account). Even after asking about my order the first time and them writing it down, they clearly forgot about me because I proceeded to wait even longer and watch a dozen other people come in after me and leave with their orders. I spoke to the staff a second time and it was only then that they finally started my order, an HOUR after putting it in online. I’m normally very patient in these situations because I know what it’s like to be on the other end, but this is just unacceptable.

Arrived at the store at 11:27 am, placed order at 11:29 am. 4 orders were placed after mine and passed out. After asking for the status of my order, the clerk stated at 12:17pm that they didn't have the bagels for my order, I asked for a refund and left the store with no food.

Muffins were very stale! The manager needs to train their employees on how to provide good customer service to the public and not ignore customers.
