The only time the order is correct is when I order chicken. Half of the employees are rude. Especially when they have to correct an order. The food isn't worth the cost. Convenience has a cost I'd rather not experience.

This is a cleaner McDonald’s for being in the Akron area. My only problem, is people coming in from the outside asking for money. I understand Akron has a homeless problem, but it makes it hard to enjoy sitting down for fast food. Highly recommended drive-through. It really does seem to be a clean store.

ZERO STARS. I ordered the free fries ? on the app. I got confirmation of the order. It said to give my code when I got to the order board. I waited for the code and never got one. There was a code posted on the order board speaker. I guessed that was it. Didn't make sense but...Guess what. The manager wouldn't accept that something was wrong with the app. She wouldn't look at the order confirmation on my phone. She insisted that I needed a code. Would not even say sorry, I am not allowed to do whatever. Or give me the fries ? anyway.Just getting logged on through the app was a pain.So they get a bad review.

Service at this McDs varies wildly. One day I'll get super great service, next week it's almost abusive, 2 days later just ok service. However, more often than not, the service and food just suck. A typical experience is the drive thru employee sticking their hand out the window, bag (my order) in hand. Not a glance and certainly no thank you. Not a word, just a bag in hand and silence. Completely and purposefully ignoring a transaction with another human being. It's disturbingly strange. And, it seems one employee must learn the behavior from another. I don't think I've been treated so oddly at any other establishment, let alone with this frequency. More than a few employees at this McDs has the same attitude. Ill wait a few weeks then return for more of the same. Cold service, cold food. Also, I've trained myself to realize that once I get in that drive thru line, I can only blame myself. The service will probably be abusive, food cold, incorrect order and I'll probably wait a very long time in the line. So much so, that one time I waited and waited and waited behind another car to give my order. Finally, I drove off. As I looked over, I realized the restaurant wasn't even open. But since I've waited longer, a million times, just seemed normal to wait and wait on a random Wed at noon. With all this being said, yesterday, Jan 1st 2024, I had great service! Just a tease I'm sure.
