Why does it take so long to make ONE SMOOTHIE?! I’ve been to this location twice now and both times Ive gotten terrible customer service from the girls working there. They don’t greet anyone, they just stare at you until you tell them your order.

I love Pulp and I usually go to the location in Stow, but since I was in the area I went to the location by the university of Akron. NEVER AGAIN! The smoothies were horrible! Very watered down, a disgusting after taste and the workers were incredibly rude. Beware if you want Pulp and your in the Akron area don't go to this location! Venture out to a Stow or Cuyahoga falls location. You'll be disappointed going here. TRUST ME!

Absolutely love pulp! They have soo many great smoothies to choose from though the Strawberry Extreme with added Raspberry sherbert is one of my favorites along with the Elight 8 I know that one seems like it has a lot of different ingredients in it but it all comes together soo very deliciously! I can even freeze them and it'll STILL be good the next day. Also, their wraps are good. My favorite is the chicken ceaser, all day! I go to this Pulp all the time along with my family members and we've never had a moment or order where we've complained about the item. They're like the busiest restaurant on the E. Exchange St. Strip regardless of the fact that there's several other places to go instead. This is my favorite of all the other restaurants around. They're smoothies are filling, I always get large and it's big! I know, $8 for a large but it is like a meal for someone plus it's good for you. I love going here when I don't want something too heavy to eat. Pulp always satisfies. The manager is really nice too. I had an issue, completely unrelated to me ordering/being a customer there with my wallet, and he was very kind. It was someone from Arby's who snagged the wallet instead. I definitely recommend this place, it's on my top places to go. Ever since I first came to Ohio, when I was visiting family before I officially moved here, I fell IN LOVE ❤️ with PULP! BEST smoothies AROUND ? ? (P.S. they get REALLY busy so don't get all worked up if you're there during their busy hours. I've been there both when they are busy and when they're not. When they're not busy they're very fast, no problem whatsoever. When they have a line, I've been there waiting 10-15mins at the most. Here's the thing, they use FRESH ingredients. They have to make your smoothies from scratch. It's not burger patties and fries already cooked up, ready to go like McDonald's. They don't have a machine that spits it out for you like some places that serve smoothies and/or milkshakes, those ones aren't nearly as good OR healthy, belive that! Also, they have only so many blenders which I personally noticed which is why you'll sometimes see the workers cleaning in the sink in the back instead of making more orders. They're not ignoring you, they're only ensuring that the blenders are clean for each person's smoothie so don't be bogus. Don't you prefer that they take the time to clean them even though you have to wait a bit longer? They're doing their job. Go when they're not busy or deal with it. I'm a patient person and at least I know that EVERYTHING cannot be INSTANT GRATIFICATION ALL the time guys!)

Parking is very bad. If u don't live, work, or go to school here it's a bad place to go if u need to park. Out front they covered all the parking on the street to no parking any time. And make sure u bring quarters bc that's the only other option on a different road.

They are very slow and the two ladies that are working do not care that they have a line of people waiting for drinks I am still sitting and waiting and have been for 25 mins and there is only 3 people in line they are very rude and inconsiderate.

The cashiers are nice, but the store stinks bad the three times I’ve been. The final straw for me is today. The cup smell so bad I couldn’t drink out of it. In todays time we should stop buying for convenience, and make our own, to ensure quality and clean food/drink. What a waste.
