They *always* mess up my GrubHub order. I've never had a bad experience when I go in person, but this location continues to get my order wrong all the time when I order online.

Just went in to grab dinner. I stood there at the counter for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged with the manager and two employees standing in front of me joking and laughing.Finally one of the employees goes to take my order and the manager once again grabs his attention and starts laughing with him and joking with him again. Another minute goes by without my order being taken. Finally I just walked out.Very disappointed to see the manager delivering this type of service. The employee gets more respect from me than the manager.

I experienced the absolute worst customer service, spoke to demeaning, by staff and management. This place should be closed for its treatment alone. If the lead ship is poor sadly I can’t expect better from the staff.
