I eat here sometimes once a week as it's my favorite! However the past few months the service has gotten worse and worse. I always place my order online so I can just grab and go but lately it takes forever just to get someone to my car! Does it matter where you park? I've moved from further back to a front vacated spot so they could for sure see my lights and still nothing. All the cars around me, and those that came after me, were taken care of as I sat for 30min just trying to get someone's attention! No one came close enough to say something to. I tried calling the store even to be like hey my orders already been sitting in there ready for 30min can someone please just run it out to me, but no one even answers the phone. After our food sat inside for close to 40 minutes it was finally brought out to us. I hate that I'm considering not even going back when it's my favorite but I'm also not going to keep wasting money for my food to be old and cold before I can get it.

Always very good. A classic akron food staple. Just dbl verify your order. Once in a while I think they're in such a hurry taking orders, things get a lil mixed up once in a while. I applaud them for not being greedy like the other big fast food clowns are these days. Honestly their prices have remained very fair, but the taste.. is top notch! Been eating here for over 30 years and it always pleases! Half lb cheeseburger is killer.

I recently moved back to Ohio and the Swenson's that I knew growing up is no longer the Swenson's that it is today I ordered a cheeseburger, and order a potato Puffs and a medium california. This was my third time to Swenson since moving back and I am going by the three strike rule. I ordered the same thing every time and every time it has come back wrong. The first two times I noticed that they no longer toast their buns, so I asked if they still do and I was told yes so I asked that for to be extra toasted. As you can see by the pictures it is came out a big wet slimy mess. The potato puffs were stale and cold but at least the California is still on point. Sorry Swenson's I'm breaking up with you based on my three strike rule. Hello Skyway !

My boyfriend did a pick up order last night & both galley boys were PINK - too pink. I wouldn’t eat them. The sides were good but all 3 ranches he ordered and was charged for were forgotten. Swensons used to be super good and you could always count on getting get fully cooked food. Anymore I’d rather go to skyway or somewhere else. Things are constantly forgotten, under cooked etc. gone down hill ?
