So tonight I had dinner here. It was my mom's bday. It was busy and we understood that. We had five people in our party. After 1 hour and 30 minutes they brought two of our 5 meals. The other 3 meals were MIA. Before we could even let our server know she knew what had happened. She got the manager involved. They did everything in their power to make up for what had happened and then some. The manager did an extremely amazing job tonight and despite the busy atmosphere he made everything right. I am so pleased with the team working there. Awesome job!!!!!!

The food is really good, I love getting food from there. The issue is the Carside pickup. What is the point of Carside when they won’t even come out or they will take a half an hour or more?! This has happened to us too many times and we’re done doing it. It’s not okay, our food is cold. They are just lazy, they need to do their job and care about their customers.

No stars for Applebees worst experience I have ever had at any establishment would not serve us any drinks service was very slow they acted as if they didn’t want us there after an hour and still no food we left and they clapped as we left no we were not out of hand we are in our 60s don’t bother complaining nothing will get done because they don’t care apparently they feel as if they are better than you

Went for my daughter's 21st birthday. The food was good. The service was excellent. The bartender was our waitress and she was very attentive. She explained some drinks to my daughter and was very fast with serving us. She offered my daughter a birthday sundae (which we found out I was charged $2.99). There was not discussion of a price of this birthday sundae. Only downfall I could find.

I ordered the French Onion Soup and instead of a nice “Crock” of soup I got a 1/2 full little white dish with hardly any soup in it. I was highly disappointed with how cheap they are for a five dollar bowl of soup. I’ll never go back. The music is loud too. This is the Alliance, Ohio location. But, I’m sure it probably the same portion at all locations. ??
I had the chicken Alfredo and it was on the dry side and they CHARGED me for a LITTLE extra sauce and the little cup was NOT even full ? not pleased at all about that but still gave a more than sufficient TIP but I won't do it
