I enjoy this local restaurant on occasion. They have a good selection of food choices and drinks. I typically enjoy having their Flautas Dinner.During my last visit it was a warm day and they had no a/c running, only ceiling fans, so it was a little too warm in the restaurant. I'm not sure if the a/c was broke or if they just don't have a/c but will keep the weather in mind for future visits.
This is such a great place to eat. The only place in town that you can get lunch or dinner all day. The breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday for only $11 is really good. Excellent service by staff as well. Cozy atmosphere.
Decided to check out Don Pancho on Saturday morning. I search for a Mexican Restaurant open for breakfast and found them. The breakfast menu is set up as 1/2 is American Favorites and other 1/2 are Mexican breakfast standards. We happened to get there at 8 when they had their Saturday only brunch buffet. It was amazing. There were eggs, two styles of Mexican breakfast casseroles,bacon,sausage,biscuits and gravy,French toast sticks,fruit. Also had beef Quesadillas,beef and chicken...
