Service is poor, slow, they don't tell you if there is a delay or problem with the order. I watched staff trying to put 2 different orders together, nobody knew what the other person was doing. Meanwhile I was waiting for my order... it didn't seem like they were going to get to it. In the end no apology, no concern for the delay. Plus, this is the most expensive place I have purchased subs from, and they really are not much better than other places, just slower and pricier.

I was told they were out of all bread except wheat, but the sandwiches being made after mine had white bread all of a sudden. When I questioned the bread, I was given a rude response. The girl working there was rude. My cold sandwiches took a long time, they would stop and start again with different people making them. It wasn't that busy and there were plenty of people working there. With plenty of places to eat around here, I won't be choosing this place again, even though the sandwich was ok.

The staff is always so nice and the conversation is easy! Our food is always amazing, it’s the only location my husband and I go to. Mo, Mafia Mama was a great, funny movie! Must see.

First time at this particular Jersey Mike's. I ordered my sandwich the same way I order my sandwich at any other location. I was told they can't make it. Apparently this is the only store on the planet that can't put chicken and steak on same sandwich.Told me it's a health code violation. Which made me reconsider having this level of incompetent employee make food for my family and myself. So I left went to Chipotle where they have figured out how to put chicken and steak in my burrito.
It's a sub, nothing to exciting. It was fast and I was hungry.

Best sandwiches in TOWN, HANDS DOWN! Recently my boyfriend and I went in and I ordered our two sandwiches. Like the big dummy I can be sometimes, I ordered the wrong sandwich, at 13$+ and didn't realize until it was basically being wrapped... The amazing manager (wish I knew her name) made me a brand new one, with a smile! I will forever be a fan of Jersey Mikes!!!!! Service is great, food is somehow even better
