Understaffed! That is ok, but the staff they did have did nothing but complain. They told us everytime we asked fie something that they were understaffed. One time was enough. I get your understaffed. Do your best and stop complaining about it.When we got our food, it was good. I mean kudos to the chef. This is why I gave them a three star.

Not even close to the Perkins in Lake County. This was disappointing. Bathrooms out of order. The 3 different syrups for pancakes were 2 apricot and 1 maple.WHY WOULD I NEED 2 APRICOT SAUCES? Our waitress seemed like she just smoked a blunt or woke up, no effort.This place was a mess!

Late afternoon lunch. No crowd but still understaffed. Big County Skillet was good. Waitress forgot the toast on one order. Check was delivered promptly but LONG DELAY waiting for waitress to pick up payment. Wet floor in restroom was like a skating rink.

My parents went in for their 69th.. yes 69th anniversary. They waited and waited for drinks as others after them were served food. They watched more people come in and get their food while they didnt. They waisted an Hour on their anniversary for the Worst service they have had in years. They paid for drinks on the way out and the Server didnt even know the price of the cup of coffee. Terrible customer service.

Food was fair, very overpriced, waitress was very sweet but the cashier was SUPER RUDE!! I've had better service at McDonald's. Will never go back to this location based on my experience. You lost a customer because of a rude cashier. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would have left.
