I love Brueggers. I will go out of my way to drive to one. But their fixation in removing soft drink machines from their locations stinks.

We’ve had the same cashier take our order on 2 occasions and she is miserable. She is very unpleasant and just hates being there. The food is always good, so thumbs up to the food preparers, but this not the greeting one wants when placing a food order. The store seems clean. However, we do not plan to return. Our money can be spent elsewhere with staff who know how to greet a customer properly. This is also a sign of poor management.

I ordered an everything bagel with eggs, bacon, avocado and tomato on it. I got a smashed bagel with marinara sauce on it? No tomato, barely any avocado and it was a mess. Sadly won’t eat at this location again.

The little Mexican lady with glasses behind the counter making the food was so incredibly RUDE. Not only was the store completely out of all bagels and beverages, to top it off I watched her be rude to several customers including myself. That place is on it's way out of business. Was going to dine it, but walked out I was so disgusted.

Got the hot pastrami with no substitutes, when I opened it up there were no pickles or onions on it. Very disappointing. And for claiming to be a kettle cooked bagel it was soft and mushy. Felt rather expensive for not coming with a drink or side.
Ran out of everything bagels and breakfast sandwich wasn't good. Got a plain bagel and they didn't even warm it up

While I have always enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches at this establishment, I am disappointed by the behavior of one of their employee. I’ve encountered the employee on multiple occasions. I don’t know her name but she’s the white female with dark hair and black glasses. She’s unprofessional but also quite rude for no reason! She seemed uninterested in providing quality service, and when I asked her a question about what bagels are still available, her response was curt and dismissive. Her smart mouth and rude comments always impact my experience.
As a loyal customer, I believe that service is just as important as the quality of the food, and I was genuinely disheartened by my encounter with her. I understand that everyone has off days, but the level of rudeness displayed from her is uncalled for!

Food is fine, if they actually get your order correct. Some of the staff was incredibly unpleasant and appeared annoyed when I informed them they added mistakenly gave me regular eggs instead of egg-whites

Ordered 6 bagels $70 dollars 3 farm house 1 bacon egg cheese 1 turkey sausage egg cheese asked for mayo on 1 farmhouse they put it on all 3 they put the turkey sausage on the wrong bagel and gave her a farmhouse as well only bagel that was correct was the bagel w/cream cheese never had such a screwed up order will NOT ever order delivery I see I have to watch and instruct SMH 👎
