This was a big disappointment. This franchise has capitalized the area's good name and reputation. The burnt burger and watery Shake were disappointments. I ordered delivery and my suspicions were correct when the food order was done quick. It seems like it was pre-cooked, warmed over leftovers. Also, it's not health conscious with fries that contain soy.

Terrible customer service. We ordered one shake to go. There was no one in line in front of us we ordered one shake and waited 15 mins while other customers who came after us received their orders before us.
Girl at the counter didn't say a single word or try to help me. They have a self serve kiosk which was good.

Went in for the first time in the last two months to give another shot. I used to go every 2 weeks . I used to visit often, but got turned off last time.This time the same, no one to greet you, tables were filthy. The container with the ketchups was so disgusting! Something sticky was covering all of the packets, and they all stuck together. It was like a nasty, sticky syrup. Food was fine but appearance of store was so gross, I don’t know that I will ever go back. it makes you wonder what things are like back where they are cooking if the front of the store looks that filthy. I work in retail I know people can have bad days so don’t normally complain, but this is a consistent problem that should be addressed. It’s sad because the food is actually good.
By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they're hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger - very sad amt for $2 - would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a $12 burger, you can do better

I ordered the cheese frys and after eating a couple of them i discovered 3 pieces of hair in my food. Half of the workers didn't have there hair nets on all the way either. And lady who gave the tray on the counter just had a nasty attitude .

Staff was lackadaisical and ghetto. Told us there was no shakes but gave the next people shakes. Guess we didn't have the complexion for the connection...
Overall food was good besides the fact they denied us shakes and said they were "out" at 9pm when they're open until 1030 and shake is literally their name and literally served a few others after us shakes . Disappointing as we were excited to try their shakes they had, instead they were more interested in closing down everything earlier than they're supposed toSmh.
