The Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my go to and it never disappoints. My husband switched it up and tried Chocolate Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip and enjoyed it. His normal go to is the Bourbon Butter Pecan.

Our favorite ice cream! Thank you Graeters for a wonderful experience!The only thing I would recommend is bringing your Hot Honey Crunch back permanently! It is the best! I wish it was sold in a gallon size or even in a pint if nothing else! Looking forward to seeing if it comes back! Yum!

Dannnngggggg!!I wish we had these by where we live. My entire family raves about Graeter's. Their coconut is drool worthy. Love the bourbon flavor and the coffee is divine.

I'm glad you think it's funny putting your ungloved hand into my whip cream as I watched you from the drive through. Then when I tell you "please make it again- I saw your finger go into the whip cream as you closed the lid" you say "I'm wearing gloves..." you have on one glove on your left hand- why are you using your bare hand ( right) to touch everything??? Then you laugh and go make another one which I can't even drink because you made it so thick- had to throw it away.God knows what else your fingers are going into that isn't being caught by customers. People can get sick- that's why we wear gloves on the hands that touch food.

J very popular place around here, but the ice cream is awesome and the people are great. The service is usually very very good and you never really wait long. I'm not a huge ice cream guy but every once in a while when I'm looking for something sweet this is the place I go in Ohio.

The ice cream is phenomenal but I especially appreciate the staff. They take allergies very seriously and always take the extra step to get a new tub of ice cream and scooper when I tell them k have a gluten allergy. I love this place!

I've seen this brand in another state that I live in, but never a stand alone store so we decided to try it. The employees were really nice and do a great job keeping the line moving as they fill orders, esp when busy. Overall the ice cream is just okay IMO. I've had better, so for me no great shakes.

I ordered a turtle sundae with Dutch chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and no whipped cream. Total miss. Went back years later and tried chip wheelie. Very good.

The ice cream is fantastic! We tried the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and it's easy to see why this is a best seller for them. But, they need to be aware that some of their staff needs customer service and food preparation training. We watched people drop things on the floor, pick them up and not wash their hands. There is also no real rhyme or reason of how they take and fill orders here. Lots of us waited while watching staff look around wondering what to make next. (Try some sort of ticket number in line or another way to know what is on deck.) Also, they need to put out a sign asking people to maintain control of their children. Trying to enjoy a dessert with loud kids running around isn't fun.
