I went to Hardee's on a Wednesday for lunch. I travel for Meijer's grocery store. I had to wait over 20 minutes for food, so I asked for my money back. Customer service is definitely lacking. There was no urgency for customer service in any way, no coupon for wasting my precious time and money. I will not return to Hardee's.
Last time I was there I placed my order on my phone app just before I walked in. Some red headed girl looked at me as if I was a real bother to her. There weren't but maybe 2 other customers in the place and they were seated and eating already. I told "Red" that I had placed an order and showed it to her on my cell. Service was fast, burger was a little squished when wrapped but still good. Fries were hot and fresh. The employee at the window was polite and smiling. You don't find much of that these days.
