Waited an hour for burgers to come out raw. I ordered chicken and received a raw burger. They brought out chicken but still was not what I ordered. It was slimy and looked like it had sat around for a while. Fries were all cold and hard.We left without eating. That was the second time it was horrible for me. It was not busy and now I know why.

Best restaurant experience we've had in a LONG time! Ava took amazing care of our fam, and was so sweet! There aren't words to describe how absolutely amazing she was---give that girl a raise, she's a keeper! My 5-year-old has been talking nonstop about her cool new BFF, lol. Food was also good, and the menu options were great. A rare gem remaining that's family friendly and well worth the experience. <3

This Red Robin location used to be a great place to eat prior to COVID. However, since then this place has gone downhill. We were last here about a year ago and the service and condition of the restaurant were both subpar. We went again today since we were in the Beavercreek area, and nothing has changed.We came in on a Wednesday about 2 pm, well after the lunch rush, there was another family in front of us waiting for the hostess to show up. There were also several families waiting to be seated. This was kind of odd as there were several tables open (at least 10-15). We waited 5 minutes for the hostess to show up and take our names. After a 10 minute wait, we were seated. Our table still had remnants from the previous diner, so the clean-up wasn't very good. After another 10 minute wait, the server came and took our order. Took us about 25 minutes to get our food. We had to ask for silverware from the individual that brought our food, not our server as she did not check on us once while waiting for our food. I gave 2 stars since the food is still decent, although the service needs a lot of work.Either Red Robin can't figure out how to hire and retain staff, or the current management team cannot figure out resource management. Considering nothing has really changed in a year, I lay the blame at management's feet since they can't seem to figure out how to get this place up and running like it used to be.Stay away if you're in a hurry. If you have time and want to determine your level of patience, by all means, dine here.

We visited about 1 year ago (2023) and they were struggling not having enough staff and we understand that after covid many restaurants are trying to get better. BUT, now after one more year (2024) they are pretty much the same... we waited 20 for a table, so many empty tables inside but not enough waitress. So they have to make people wait until they can seat a new table.

It took nearly an hour to get our food from the time we walked in, sat & ordered. The decor is dated and the bathroom is falling apart. Service was ok. Food is way overpriced for time it took & lack of quality. The best part was feeling like it was 1999 because it looked so old.

Red Robin used to be one of my favorite restaurants..and of course my experience doesn't reflect on all Red Robin locations..having said that..we were missing food,the salad,that wasn't with our order,was the warmest part of our order..the service was best described as incompetent..as much as i used to love the restaurant..along with the experience, the food has left a bad taste in my mouth..definitely will not be returning..☹️?

Food was cold, food was missing, did not have item I ordered. Called to let them know and they acted like they did not know what they should do...... Idk, maybe give me my food that is missing!!! Next time make sure the food is kept warm or not made too soon!!!

We stopped in today to eat an early dinner. Upon entering the building, the host let us know that he wasn't sure if they were open because of some flooding earlier in the day and went to go ask the manager. The manager came over to let us know that they weren't open; which wouldn't have been a problem but the doors were open, we showed up during normal business hours and there was no sign or notice on the door explaining their situation. The manager offered no apology-just a very short, rude statement on when they would open.Just as advice to the management of this location and corporate (or the owner): If your restaurant has experienced an issue that causes it to operate outside of normal business hours - don't leave the doors unlocked if you aren't open for business. Lock the doors and put up a very simple sign that explains why you aren't open, when you'll reopen and apologize for the inconvenience to your customers. It's a lot more professional and courteous than a snippy, rude manager that can't be bothered to demonstrate basic customer service as described above.This isn't our first negative experience with this location but this one was worth leaving a review about. We've had it with this location and will take our business elsewhere. Sidenote: Shout-out to chuy's for being open, welcoming, having great service and food today! Red Robin could learn some things from them!

I just had a regular cheeseburger and fries and they were mid if that for what it costs. The burger wasn't seasoned it just tasted like a burger with the toppings on it. They also put some sweet relish like sauce on the bottom and it was nasty. I had to take the bottom bun off. The guy who waited on us was really nice but the wait for the food to come out was like 20-25 minutes. They gave my mom reg fries when she ordered sweet potato fries and he got her some and they were cold and he brought out a second batch and they were just warm.

Had a bad run in with Red Robin a couple years ago but today’s service was phenomenal! Ella took great care of us. I never had to ask for a refill, great sense of speed getting orders out of the kitchen. Burger was okay. I opted for the Royal Burger.

Food was ok. Party of 6, our entire table but one received food while the final person in our party did not receive his food till everyone was about done eating. From the time 5 plates were delivered to his being delivered was about 20 minutes, it’s unacceptable.
