I waited 35 minutes to get my drink through mobile order, and they didn't even start it until I went up and asked about it. They had forgotten about the drink and had said it aside. Where's Starbucks experience I've ever had, and I've had them get my drinks wrong many times.

The Make wonderful white chocolate Mochas. They Are happy to add extra Carmel, Whip cream, Nut flavors and other such stuff to your drinks if you ask for it.

My word... the place was swarming with gnats and flies. Hundreds of insects on the windows, on their overhead menus, and flying all around and through the kitchen. This is disgusting and is no way to maintain a food service business. Do not eat here, do not drink their drinks. Go across the street to the other Starbucks. Gross.
