Lucas and Haley are wonderful people so kind every time we come in for our Subs. We will not go to another Subway my favorite place. Our Subs are made great and fresh. The atmosphere is great. Thank you for all that you do! Keep up a great job!Vegetarian options: The Veggie Sub is Fantastic!

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!! Ordered 3 sub platters for mothers birthday party. Went to pick them up and they had given my catering order to someone else, claiming that they used my last name. Spoke to manager they agreed to remake it, but made me show my confirmation. Staff person then asked me to email a regional manager when I did the email bounced back. The staff then reclaimed my order and would not release it until I got confirmation that the email is received. I got phone numbers for both the manager and the general manager. They did not have the courtesy to answer or respond to my calls or email. After 2 hours they finally released my order, which (was subsequently incorrect) and I arrived to the party with the food 2 1/2 hours late. Not much fun and after their mistake, they treated me like I was the one at fault. Poor Training and Customer Service at the store level, the manager, and the regional managers. If I was corporate or franchise owner, I would clean that house.

They started participating in the Subway app deals. That's great... I was about to go somewhere else, so for me that actually made a difference. Something does seem right that I could go five minutes away and get a better deal... but I also like the convenience of the area so I'd rather go to another restaurant in the area and hit up subway another time.I have to know a point for all the dirty tables. They're not super dirty but all have a sticky syrup on them. Maybe an accident when they were wiping and smearing all the other tables?

August 27th, 2023.Me and my husband went to this location in the late afternoon.It was empty, no other customers. There were two male employees, one of them greeted us.But the other guy who took my order was giving me such a weird energy for no reason.This young guy(looks like a high schooler or college kid) even made an irritated face when I mentioned "foot-long."There could be many different reasons people order a foot-long size sandwich. They can either share it with someone else or save it for the next day, you never know!Meantime, they were chatting each other when they made our foods, but it didn't look like they were having a casual conversation, it was closer to whispering with a "mean girl" giggle.Not only that, but also...this younger staff didn't ask me about sauce before he wrapped mine. He apologized that he didn't ask me what sauce I want. Well, I didn't want any of them, so, I'm glad he didn't ask? ?Oh you know what? He forgot to put avocados in my food which was Turkey Cali. I realized it after I came back home.He had no idea what he was doing, and was just showing hatred towards his customer.I'm not returning anyway, bye.

Me and my boyfriend love subway, recently started going alot more often because he loves the cheese steak sub!. But the first time we've been to the subway in Beavercreek as we live closer to the riverside area ... we was very disappointed. The person making our sandwiches seemed annoyed because we ordered two subs and was very confused on what we wanted on them even though we got menu sandwiches .. all of our sandwiches got the same bread (that we didn't not want) and both of our sandwiches was very very thin... not a lot of meat at all . I will not being going back to this subway unfortunately as the workers was rude and smart with my boyfriend and we had better sandwiches els where. Aswell as they -apparently-didn't offer the buy one get one half off that we've gotten before at our local subway

Save your money and don't go here! The bread are always stale, and they've alway get my order wrong. Online orders list everything out, the orders aren't hard to make and understand when you literally have ingredients all listed out for you. But I guess it's hard to work when a bunch a teens run the place and alway distracted. Oh and tipping is a thing now at subway, and 20% apparently isn't enough anymore because my order always wrong, they don't deserve tips! (I gave them 3 chances). Either they're always distracted or they're pissed about the tip, or both. This place going to end up out of business if they do get their act together, there's hardly any customers there now so...

When I went to this restaurant the sandwich maker wiped his nose and pulled his phone out and touched his ear with the gloves on and kept making food I now go to the further away subway cuz that was so gross
