Amazing coffee shop. My wife and I discovered this place while on a trip to Amish country. She had a mocha and I had chai tea latte. Some of the best we have ever had, bar none. And prices are competitive. Great service and comfortable atmosphere.Definitely one of my favorite spots in Berlin.

First time trying this place! Was disappointed with the chicken you could taste it was frozen chicken, reheated, so it had that odd strong taste to it. However all our drinks were amazing, especially the dragon fruit lemonade.

Cozy friendly positive coffee shop. The employees were great! The place was very clean and neat. Plenty of tables and seating. We chose the couch by the fireplace to sit. It’s so cute and comfortable! We just stopped in for coffee and enjoyed what we chose. I went with one of the January signature drinks. They have several and I went with Winter Wonderland. Delicious! They have a large selection. You don’t need to be a coffee drinker to stop. They have plenty of other options to choose from. We might be back for food tomorrow! They offer online ordering as well.
The family and I always come to Amish country and we made a special trip to come down for the coffee. Parking sucks lol. But if you get a spot make sure you stop into this gem and enjoy a nice drink. There is plenty of seating and areas to talk, play games as I have seen or work don't do that lol. The drinks were good and the people took care of you fast.

Nice spot. I always watch for a local coffee house when we are traveling and was glad I chose this one to visit. The coffee was very good, the barista was helpful and the atmosphere made me wish I had time to sit and relax. We were just driving through the area while on a trip to Cleveland Clinic so I had to take it with me for the ride. Maybe next time I'll spend a little time!

Good morning, I just want to start off by saying I deliver to Ginger House twice a week. I never really get anything to eat or drink at coffee shops, then again at one point an time on delivery day the owner approaches me an says would you like some food an a drink before you leave? I froze up an was speechless, and says sure. When I deliver, I am always on the run, not used to being offered food an a drink. So not knowing what to order at a coffee shop, I asked what do you have? what's good?, what do you recommend? Management an (ALL! THE GIRLS!) who work and have worked there are (ALWAYS! VERY! HELPFUL!). There recommendations to me on what to try were on point. So now me not really being a coffee drinker, the girls have broaden my horizons with there choices on what I should try next time. Not to mention the whole staff gives you (FANTASTIC! CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE) this is a HOTT SPOT. Always busy. People love there coffee. A great place to try if you are in the area. EXPECT! Smiles, great customer service, good food, an your favorite coffee. Please be patient while they may be busy depending on the time you get there. Make this place your spot when it comes to your coffee. ENJOY! Have a blessed! day.
Hi there, Great food, fantastic customer service, this place is ALWAYS busy. Being behind the scenes, ALL the girls working there WORK SO HARD to serve you, each an every customer. Yes sometimes they may be out of the thing you wanted, it's not the Establishments fault they most likely ordered it but where they order it from may be out of stock. All the girls an management are very FRIENDLY an HELPFUL. There is NO ROOM or time for rude or negative comments. These girls are SO BUSY picking up the slack of an absence employee or being short staffed?. There is alot of customers an SO many staff members, staff deserves MORE RESPECT then people give them. Each girl wants to make sure you have all that you ordered an a clean table to eat on. If there is a problem with your order they have NO PROBLEM making it right for you, if they are busy an can't get to you right away please be patient, so they can get caught up.
