It was our first time coming to Chick’nCone and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Dina provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years! She was excited as she shared a sampling tray of the many sauces - all of which were delicious. And had the same excitement and personalized care for each customer that came in while we enjoyed our dinner. The food was tasty too! We will be back!
I had this at the Operation pumpkin fest and didn’t know where to leave my review, but anyways I have been wanting to try this restaurant & from the food truck experience I will be back. The Mac n cheese inside the chicken waffle cone is such a good & delicious combination. I would highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Dena is an absolute pro. I ordered a sandwich the lowest priced thing on the menu and she asked what sauces I wanted I wasn’t sure so she pulled out all the sauces and gave me samples of chicken to try all of the sauces. She was so professional and went above and beyond. I doubled my original order with fries and a drink to go with the sandwich. This place is also really good food highly recommend my new spot in Blue ash! God Bless this place
