Get the country fried steak. Don't even look at the menu, just get the country fried steak. It is delicious beyond compare. Get some sides of mashed potatoes and corn, and you are all set. Not to mention the outstanding rules with the special Texas Roadhouse butter. Amazing.

Well I did the online waiting process and it was pretty much to the " T " . Once I arrived and checked in , within 5 minutes I was called to get seated. The waitress we had , " Jada " , was absolutely outstanding ! I would not only go back, but ask for her section. The food was 100 % delicious as always and the atmosphere as usual , was great !! 5 Star all the way ! Tom M

Our servers name was Mason. He is one of the best servers Ive ever had... and thats coming from a server myself. All of the food came out hot, and was delicious! Mason was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. He even recommended some cool spots in the area . Im from out of town, and have been to many locations, but this is the best Roadhhouse visit to date! Please give Mason a raise?

We’ve visited this establishment twice, and while the service was excellent on both occasions, the food experience varied significantly. During our first visit, everything went smoothly, and the food was decent. However, on our second visit, we were disappointed. The chili was barely warm, and the steak, which was ordered medium rare, was served well done. While we appreciate the consistently great service, the inconsistency in food quality—especially during our second visit—left us underwhelmed.

I was so excited to come to Texas Roadhouse. My family and I had never been, and I have heard such great things. We however will more than likely not go back. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. We also got our meals and were still waiting on our silverware. When we asked we were brought plastic silverware… for our steaks… and then were told we would receive our silverware as soon as it was clean. We continued to wait as our food got cold, someone was seated next to us with silverware… so we asked again and were finally brought it. By then my food was cold and I had lost my appetite. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Saw our waitress a total of 4 times in 2 hours. Took two hours to get our food and when we got it finally it was ice cold. Even the steamed broccoli was ice cold. Got out food remade and it was still ice cold and finally gave up and left and took the food home and when I heated the food up in the oven and ate it I found a few largish bones that was a bit sharp. Called the manager over and she discounted only one of the four of us at our table and none of the rest of us.

The food however, was very salty, almost to the point of being inedible. The music was also very loud so then everyone was shouting at each other, which added to the noise.

Our server did not pay attention to us she kept leaving and coming back every 15 to 20 minutes and she really wasn't that busy had to ask two other servers for the sauce that she forgot and to give me a refill on my drink other than that I love Texas Roadhouse the food was always great and the atmosphere was good too

We go here often and have never had poor service or unsatisfactory food. I've always been pleased. Just one time during covid they forgot our fries and other sides and wouldn't replace or refund that portion of our order from a takeout. We've only had takeout that one time. It was a very busy holiday. I felt far more bad for the staff than for myself having not received everything. We typically dine in. The process in which to check in online for a table is quick and very efficient. It's our go-to for steak.
