Best meal we’ve had in a long time! We weren’t sure they were open or even still in business because the parking lot always seemed empty (and the open sign is not visible from the road) but decided to pull in today and check…so so glad we did! The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. We ordered the caprese salad, mozzarella fritti and bruschetta (off menu item but they will make it) to start and my mouth was in heaven. The caprese was fresh and authenticity delicious with the best basal I've had in some time. The mozzarella fritti was crispy outside and gooey inside and paired perfect with their homemade marinara. And the bruschetta was unique and absolutely delicious. Main course was the Linguine and shrimp Bianca (I added sautéd broccoli -highly recommend) and the Pasta Di Casa with penne marinara and meatballs - both entrees were chef’s kiss incredible! Paired with some Pinot Noir, everything was exceptional, I truly do not understand any negative reviews. Price was less than we were expecting which was an added bonus. Ambiance was nice, nothing luxurious or super fancy but not dirty either, it was nice and what we expected at a family run Italian restaurant. Service was wonderful. I just hope this place doesn’t close since we’ve found our new hidden gem. Highly recommend

So first off the food was yummy and you get your monies worth, the place is dated and looked dirty. The owner was at the bar on her phone and wasn’t welcoming- she reminded me of all the owners from the show kitchen nightmares that Gordon Ramsey would scream at about how they should behave. Our whole meal she was arguing with customers and it was so awkward. I was actually nervous to walk by her when we were leaving.

For the price I expected more. Veal was chewy, Marsala sauce tasted like brown gravy. The food tasted like something I would expect getting at a diner. Very disappointed and won't be back. I would have rather had fast food for my birthday dinner than what we had here.

I ordered the veal saltambuca it was passable I guess. The wife ordered the veal marsala. It tasted exactly like mine other than the spinich in mine I wouldnt be able to tell you rhe difference. No marsala flavor at all. My daughter ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce. The rigatoni wasn't even cooked all the way I didn't know how bad it was till I got home and she was like try this. It was horrible. Had i know i would have sent it back and i never send anythong back ever .The last time I was at biancas was almost 30 years ago I was expecting great italian food. Instead I was sorely disappointed. The only thing that was ok was the waiter. And the glasses which they haven't switched since the 80s the last time I was at biancas. Was very nostalgic.

By far the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to! The food was superb, the service was phenomenal, and the ambiance was charming! The chicken parmigiana is amazing every single time! And the Tiramisu made my heart skip a beat it was so delicious! Highly recommend!
