had the worst experience that I’ve ever had a restaurant. The service was extremely slow from our assigned waitress. At first we thought it was maybe because they were overwhelmed (although it wasn’t that busy) but then we watched our drink sit at the bar for 20mins (no exaggeration) before she brought it over. Although she blamed the bartender for being slow. I kindly requested to speak to a manager, due to not only the drink issue, but water taking a long period of time to come out, and ketchup that was requested. When the manager (Rodney) finally came over he was very condescending and began to put the blame on our table and say that our full party wasn’t there at 7. We explained to him that, that had nothing to do with our drink sitting at the bar for 20 minutes. He then said to me “what would you like me to do?” I told him I didn’t have a solution I just wanted him to be aware. He then told me “look here’s what I’ll do. I’ll comp the whole table and please don’t invite yourself here anymore.” We were very taken back by his response and his words to us. I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard him correctly. He repeated the same statement and said it was because we were rude to his employee. My table was fully shocked, because not once were we rude to her. I then told him that I’m an employee of the village, and he was condescending once more and went on to tell me how he knew the owner Mike Crawford and how I couldn’t talk to him until the 19th. As we were walking out, the waitress came to me and apologized(because I was telling another table about my experience) and I asked her why she was apologizing after she caused all of this with her lies. I do not recommend anyone go here! And it’s sad that this is where they expect Celebrities and NFL players to go to, but they treat their customers like trash.

The last time I was here, it was still the dingy bar inside the McKinley Hotel. 330 is nestled in the renovated, and now, Doubletree Hotel. A group of us had lunch here after touring the First Ladies Museum. I was shocked at the bright, clean, and totally modern atmosphere. The lunch menu offered a variety of salads, sandwiches and even bigger meal selections. Portions were very generous and yummy. Staff was super nice and extremely attentive. If you're in the area, check them out! Oh, friends highly recommended the two soups of the day.

The wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find this great little restaurant this morning after I googled "mimosas near me". Nice environment in the heart of downtown Canton. The food and service were fantastic. The food was some of the best brunch food we've had and the drinks were great as well. Will definitely be back.

Took the whole family here. Branden was a great server. Affordable prices given the ambience and absolutely amazing food. The town burger is delish! We also had the key lime pie which was the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Began with them not having my reservation even after confirming via text. They were able to quickly accommodate us and the rest of the evening was lovely. Attentive staff. Excellent food. It was a little loud but it was also NYE so understandable. Will return for sure.

Wasn't sure what to expect. My past experiences with hotel restaurant food not great, but I enjoyed this meal immensely. I had cream of asparagus soup and shared whipped ricotta and Ohio honey appetizer. Both were amazing. Dining partner had Canton Mushroom Works risotto with grilled chicken. This was also wonderful. Great job. Keep up the good work.

Solid wait staff, decent selection of beers, and good food. If you are in the mood for wings, get the dry rub and ask for blue cheese instead of that ranch they offer. No chunks as it's likely from a bottle, but it's way better than ranch. Yuck, who teaches these southerners to wreck their wings with that stuff?

It's located at the lobby of the Doubletree in downtown Canton, so it was pretty convenient while staying there. The food was good. I tried the Salmon and creme brulee, and both of them did not disappoint.

Grew up in Canton, Came back in town for the Avon vs McKinley game. Everything was delightful. Food, ambiance and service were all top notch! You should put one in the 216 area code. West side would do well. Cheers!

We had an event in the bar area from 4-7. We were able to purchase cupcakes which were good, but very pricey. The bartenders were kind and we didn't have to wait too long on drinks. The space itself is bright and had plenty of space.

Probably one of the better hotel restaurants I've been to. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and quick to our table. Only downside is I feel it was a bit pricey. The restaurant was clean and not overly decorated which made it a relaxing atmosphere. I am not a fan of sweet potatoes but these were by far the best sweet potato fries I've ever had!
