I had the Roasted Red Pepper Ciabatta sandwich and it was fantastic! I would also like to mention that in the past I would have to wait about 30 minutes for my food if I ordered it in the restaurant, but I only waited 10 minutes today!

What a terrible experience. I am vegan and always ask if what I’m ordering complies. This day the person taking my order assured me that my BUILD YOUR OWN BAM BOWL with tofu was. I started eating and about halfway through my stomach started gurgling and feeling upset. I ate a few more pieces of tofu and then discarded the rest. Within an hour I got very sick, and let’s just say it wasn’t a pleasant day. I called the store and asked for the manager. They said Claudia was off but they would have her call me the next day. I also asked if my food could have gotten contaminated with meat products and was told the tofu was cooked on the same grill as the meat. I was not pleased. Not only was I sick for two days, but Claudia’s call never came. This was my first and last time dining here. Too bad they don’t care about customer service at all.

The meat lovers pizza that I ordered was very tasty and full of quality ingredients. The service was very quick by a friendly person who brought the food to our table.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to enter and the dining area is spacious enough to easily accommodate a wheel chair.

Stopped in the area for lunch. This was our selection and neither of us regretted it! The menu has something for everyone from wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. We had the black bean quesadilla and the Philly baked wrap. Both had fresh ingredients and a definite healthy eating out option. The Black Bean Quesadilla had house made whole wheat tortilla, black bean purée, sharp cheddar, fresh corn & black bean salsa, banana peppers served with hot & spicy ranch & guacamole. We added grilled chicken which was awesome. The Philly Wrap had sautéed red & green peppers, mushrooms, red onion, mozz~prov, Italian, house mayo and your choice of protein which we chose tofu. I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend!

Great experience at BAM in Jackson! The service was excellent and the young lady that waited on us was very polite. The food came out in 10 minutes & was very good. The environment was clean. Chicken mango avocado sandwich.
Their food is always very satisfying and doesn't leave you feeling bloated or sluggish. The staff are always very friendly and they have a great patio which is wonderful in nicer weather.

My biggest concern with BAM is that the name implies HEALTHY, it’s in their name. However, they have zero nutritional information on their food. I asked and they said we don’t have that. Even McDonald’s has nutritional info. What are they hiding??My wife and I had one salad and one quesadilla and one bam ball. $35.00. I understand fresh food and fresh Ingredients cost more but come on. If we would’ve purchased beverages and left a tip, this would’ve been a $50 lunch. To add insult to injury I went back to the counter to get one more little container of salad dressing for my wife’s salad and she rung me up for $.65. I mean come on a $15 salad that you have to pay for an additional container of salad dressing.Lastly, there’s a sign on the front door that says no students, including high school students can come in without a parent. Very odd and surprised they can’t work through this in Jackson Townahip.Food is good but I think they need to review their approach and focus on customer service to include transparency on the nutritional info of their food.
