I have never really been a coffee in the morning kind of person. This franchise, and this location in particular has completely changed my morning routine. It’s a great place to start your day with smiling, friendly faces and warm greetings, especially when Maria is at the window, I’ve had some interaction with the management and they are always nothing but completely professional, courteous, and appreciative. Not only does this place deliver delicious morning coffee, but it is extremely consistent and when you find something that you like when you order it, it tastes exactly the same every single time. . Neither starbucks nor Dunkin has ever been able to accomplish that for me. Fantastic establishment!

I don't buy coffee much, I've only started drinking it recently, and I stopped for coffee today. I don't know the difference between lattes and iced coffees and cappuccino... So I asked the barista to surprise me within a couple guidelines (cream and not too sweet) and she made me a very good iced coffee. She was very pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate it. I do wish I remembered her name though, to give her a public shout out. If I lived in the area I stop here again.

Their regular drip coffee is much smoother than Starbucks! Stronger flavor than Dunkin', but very drinkable. Prices are lower as well. $3 for a large 24oz coffee.

Every time I try a bagel it’s not edible. It seems like they microwave them and then toast. You literally can not chew the bagel. Disappointed
I had originally rated this lower thinking it was more expensive than Starbucks but since I never go there, I didn't realize that their prices have gone up even more . I looked it up and for a dollar less here, you get a 16 oz matcha frappe that I will say, I thought was blended very well and tasted very good. But I doubt I'll ever go here again . 6.09$ for a 16 oz matcha frap is pretty ridiculous.

First time at Biggby Coffee this morning :) Tried the dark roast - 24oz! Here’s what stands out: Great drip coffee! Super engaging staff. Pretty nice atmosphere (a six 2-seat tables, four “comfy” type chairs). Great for a 1-on-1 conversation of a space for yourself. Not the best fit for a group larger than four people. All-in-all: a solid addition to Canton coffee offerings. Give ‘em a try ?
