Went to Bugsy’s for the first and last time on Thursday August 22 . The staff seemed very overwhelmed . Our drinks came out promptly but when we went to order we were told there was no pizza , none at all ! This was supposed to be an Italian place and it was all the kids wanted . The lasagna was tasteless , the salad was brown and not crisp . We did not get silverware until well after the salad was served . The bread was ok but everything else was very underwhelming . For 4 adults and two young children the bill was $72.00 . We did not have appetizers ,alcoholic beverages or dessert !!!! I feel like I was literally robbed . The service and food were bad . I won’t recommend this place nor will I be back !!!!

Update: Dec 2022 this has become Bugsy’s Italian restaurant. Since this review was posted DORA has been approved for the Oakwood square shopping center. DORA Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area. Alcoholic beverages can be enjoyed outside at outdoor areas. A new Amphitheater for outdoor shows and concerts is under construction and the parking lot is often used for family friendly shopping, food and entertainment events.

Local popular casual sports bar with food. Can be crowded and very noisy so if conversation is important, a quieter venue is in order. Strip mall location is underrgoing reconstruction and Google Views showing a nearby Pizza Hut and McDonald's are old photos on Google. Both Pizza Hut and Mcdonald's are gone. Flatbread pizzas special was good. Waitresses are good. Update December 2022. Toddy B is gone. The location is now Bugsy’s Italian Restaurant, their 3rd location in the greater Canton area.

Update July 2024. Buggy’s is one of the few places open for late supper in Canton on a Sunday evening. They try to close at 8 pm but I have been there at 8 on Sunday when it is packed and they are still serving. There are very few options in Canton on Sunday evening and OAKWOOD Square is now a destination entertainment venue.

FOOD WAS AS BAD AS FAZOLIS!! IF u like chef boyRD this ur place!! Worst italian i had in long time!! From noodles that over done from sitting in water to stay warm for hours...too the overcooked all ready cooked sausage to the boring sauce!! The old Salads that had to be made the day before Never again! Good service ..weird music for Italian spot!!

What a lovely dinner we had here! The food was absolutely fantastic & the service was top notch!
The waitress took her time & went over the menu with us - she did a really wonderful job!

Can't wait to go again!

We stopped in here for dinner on vacation. There were only a few other customers at 9:00 p.m., as they were closing in an hour. We were promptly greeted and sat by our waitress, whose name was little Megan. She was beyond amazing! She was so nice and so attentive! She deserves five stars! The food however was not very good. We got the chicken Gorgonzola that had no flavor. I added salt, pepper, grated parmesan, crushed red pepper, and that helped. My husband got a sausage hoagie and said the bread was just terrible. He ended up just scraping it off the bread and eating it as they were full size sausage links, but was still flavorless. He did say the Italian wedding soup was really good. The bread was not very good either.

We had a party of 13 this past Sunday. All 13 of us said the food was delicious and we would be back. We had the trio, chicken parm, eggplant parm, fettuccini alfredo w/spinach/shrimp, gnocchi, calzones, and tilapia...all of the dishes were served hot and were very good! The service was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and inviting. Definitely worth the try!
