OMG don't get me started because I can go on all night! There coffee is addictive! There donuts are out of this world! The breakfast items are great! Just go try it for yourself. You will be posting the same.
I can normally let the occasional mistake go, but this has happened every time I've ordered cake donuts.
Check your orders from this place when going through the drive thru before you leave your place in line because they do not either seem to understand that when you say you want "all cake donuts" that it actually means "all cake donuts".
It's happened repeatedly so many times I'm to the point of being beyond doubt they're doing it on purpose to pawn off unwanted raised donuts on people who likely won't come back to say they got the order wrong by the time they reach their destination.
I'm sick of it! I'm sick of paying top dollar for not even the bare minimum expectations.
If this is a matter of negligence in training because your employees don't know the difference between cake and raised, train them properly! I don't give a damn if a mistake happens every now and then, but to pull up and have my order wrong every time I've asked for cake donuts for the past several visits tells me this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed!

every single time I go they burn my bagel. my fault I keep going back..but I've asked for lightly toasted it's still burnt. every time. I went back around today and they gave me the same burnt bagel back just pretended to make me a new one. garbage. awful. I'll seriously never go back. ever. done. gross. my 7 year old can use a toaster better than their paid employees and clearly the manager.

Duncan is the worst you can't get your coffee the way that you want it you have to go back have them fix it you have to waste your gas and your time to go back and have it fixed. When you call in they say Well ma'am this is a training store that makes it even worse in my opinion if it's a training store then they should be trained correctly you should be able to go to any Duncan order your coffee and get it the same way every time that's not the case with West Tusk all so before covid the pop cups were a decent size Duncan gave them to your dogs then when covid happened you had to start paying for them each manager that comes into this West Husk location changes the price or the size of your pop cup that you pay for absolutely ridiculous Duncan is the worst place to get coffee

Sold me stale donuts, manager argumentative in replacing the stale donuts even though the replacements were the same price on the web site. Rude and aggressive, then threw the donuts at me and I believe told a neighbor of mine who incidentally, after living next door to me for over 30 years, ironically brought to me the same type of donut the next day, go figure, how did that happen, in 30 years they never brought us anything and then brought those same donuts to us as a kind/nasty gesture? This manager should be fired.

My Bacon croissant had two pieces of bacon on it, my cheese and chorizo wrap was cold. She had to reheat it in our microwave same with our bagel bites and they weren’t even relatively close to being warm. the snacking bacon we ordered was flimsy with no seasoning. if you want dunkin just go to any other dunkin.
