Usually enjoy this location but after this morning I feel ripped off. I believe it was a manager making the drinks this morning and as I watched her, I became evergrowingly appalled, as she would make a drink very carelessly then when she didn't have enough, she would add more ice...I watched 4 drinks including my own be made hastily and incorrect I assume, then extra ice added to the already full cup of ice...the whole drink is ICE with less than a cup of liquid on a medium and large...WTAH???? I visit several other Dunkins in the area and have never seen this practice be done... Let's NOT make this a best practice for this location and maybe have a conversation with leadership about best practices, even when understaffed, and how we set the example for new people (I was terrified for the young girl she was "training"). Morning manager, female, hair in bun, kind of rude with a tude, mid height and weight.

I came through the drive through and was greeted very rudely, when ordering i got nothing but attitude from the person taking my order. When i pulled up to the window she was very short with me and very impolite. i was told to pull forward for my drinks and waited almost 12 minutes for my drinks. The chai tasted like milk and water and the matcha was not mixed thoroughly, i will not be returning to this dunkin ever again.

So awful. This is crowned the new Worst Dunkin in the area. The orders are almost always wrong, so check before you pull up even thought there is the longest line ever in a tiny little drive thru. The coffee is either old or being made is dirty pots because it tastes horribly burnt. The bagel minis seldom even have cream cheese inside, and how does that even happen???? Only use this Dunkin for desperate coffee emergencies

Twice now I've walked into the lobby and been told it was closed despite the door being open the first time I was told it closed at 10 and it was only 9:45 tonight I was told it closed at 9 after some stuttering... I said can't you just use the drive thru till... She didn't respond I might add that there are currently as I'm writing this 10 people in the lobby.... Well I tried. I don't really see what the big deal is in serving someone if you are open and you have the door unlocked I won't be coming back to this store again. It's too bad too because I love going to the smoke shop next door the girls are amazing and I like to get a coffee when I go in.

Don't get hazelnut flavoring. Got our drinks and didn't taste like hazelnut. I took the drinks in and the guy said he'd remake them which he didn't put I did see him put syrup in but it still tasted like nothing. So, I stopped in at speedway and got hazelnut creamer to put in it.

Literally have never had food from here that was not burnt to a crisp. Coffee is always melted or wayyyyyyy too sweet. I literally avoid this place and go to the one on fulton

Terrible customer service!!!!! Absolutely disrespectful. They had got our order wrong so we asked politely even after wait almost a hour for it to even get done we had said they misunderstood our order.one worker stop walking look at us smiled and walked away . And she was the one who took our order . Then they got us our food and gave a dirty look and ignortly handed us our food barely cocked! Terrible definitely don’t recommend!! ?
