I ordered the family feast and a large box of Jojo. And a large coleslaw extra from the one that came with feast. I had it delivered. When it came to the house, the delivery driver forgot the 2 large coleslaw at store. She had to go back and get it. Guess I should of not gave a 10.00 tip. Even though they get a 4.00 drive fee. Next time I'll go get it my self. Because convince sucks anymore from people that can't do thier job because they don't care.

We’ve ordered from this location probably a dozen times but now they claim that we’re outside their delivery area. It’s 4.2 miles, an 8 minute drive… It’s good pizza but frankly there are better anyway. Save yourself the frustration.

Well I was one of the first customers when canton south opened.been delivering to me and getting tipped well ever since.today after working 11 hrs.all of sudden they dont need my business so.wont deliver to me after 4 p.m.So made up Rule so they can treat customers like they do us a favor charging 5.00 to bring pizza 2 miles.I've always been supportive of this business.but now?.treat me like that.ive never done anything but be generous with them.No, they are not community oriented thats a lie.they are stereotyping me.when they have never had problems coming to my address.Rude I say not worthy of my hard earned money?

Food is good but Service is always terrible. We arrive at the allotted time and our food is never ready on time. Currently been waiting 45 minutes on a sub and Mac and cheese after we told it would be ready in 30. Won’t be back!
First time ordering from this location and I was extremely impressed with the service and the pizza.The pizza was flavorful, with good sauce, plenty of toppings and perfectly done.Thank you for making a good meal for us and a pleasant experience!

For one of the most expensive pizza shops in town ....they sure suck on service...has been over a hour waiting for delivery and we are just ten minutes away from the Canton south store ..they really take advantage of delivery times...and it's only Tuesday....

EDITED: the manager just called and I will be giving them another try sometime. Order delivery and had never eaten here before. I got a sub, and it was okay. I got chicken for my kids, which should have came with Jo Jo’s and coleslaw. The order took an hour and half to get to me, it was cold, and I never got my coleslaw- I even ordered extra. I called and they said they would send someone out with it, and it never came. Won’t be ordering there again.
