KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

We went for our anniversary and it was amazing! Ordering was easy on their tablet, got to try a lot of new items which was delicious! The garlic pork belly is amazing! If you’re a meat fan I’d stick with the bbq only, but if you like dumplings/noodles/fish/heavy veggies try the hotpot! It’s a fun experience and worth the price (unlimited meat, try the ribs they have a great marinade).

Was seated then went to the restroom. When I came back to the table there were dishes, napkins, and chopsticks. I waited for 35 minutes and no one showed up. I got up and left

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but I feel this is necessary. This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The service was good and everyone was nice and smiling. It was the food. The food was sooooo bad. We tried so many different things and it was all consistently terrible

Love it here would come back very easy to cook

My wife and I had never been to a hot pot place before, but we wanted to try this since it was local. I gotta say it was an awesome first experience. They have a really slick system where you can order what you want on the tablet as a buffet. You can cook what you order in the hot pot (or bbq if you ordered that, we didn’t, but we definitely will next time). Lots of great options. They even had a couple little side things including a basic fake crab cream cheese deep fried sushi rolls and some delicious muffins. Lots of sauce options but unfortunately didn’t see teriyaki, yum yum, or eel sauce. It’s possible I didn’t see those but if not they should think of getting those. Overall had a great experience. We were well taken care of and they have quite an atmosphere here.

Waitress was nice but the rest of the staff were unwelcoming. It felt like I was an inconvenience. Host did not greet us/ smile. The food runners didn’t look at the guests. It was strange.

Just tried this place for the first time; we went at 4PM on a Saturday.

It was just starting to get crowded when we arrived, but our party (just 2 of us) were sat immediately. Our waitress (I forgot her name but she was young and blonde and just got a hamster named Clementine ?) was very sweet and helpful with explaining how things worked and even offered some suggestions when we couldn't decide.

We did both hot pot and the BBQ; the food we ordered came SUPER quickly, and everything was fresh and tasty.

The price is pretty average for a hot pot place, and adding BBQ to your all you can eat soup is only a few extra bucks!

Oh, and there are meat scissors, which I find hilarious and ingenious.

Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a fun, new date night dinner experience! We will be back!

The best experience and food that I have had in a while. Christy was our server and she needs to be celebrated. She was very polite and patient. She explained everything very well and made the experience a great one. Thank you Christy!.

This is the best Korean barbeque we have had since the time we lived in Korea (the good one in the South). We were new to the online ordering process, but the waitstaff was very patient and helpful, particularly Parker. We intend to return often.
