Ordered the 12p chicken and jojo box and a party pizza for supper as it appeared everyone would be home. That ended up being a lie but the food was delicious for those who ate it hot and those who ate cold leftovers that night or the next day!

Extremely disappointed with my pepperoni party pizza ordered Sunday 4/15. As well as not tasting like good old Kraus`s, it was dried out, overcooked with minimal sauce and cheese. I`ll keep my 1 star review until I try it one more time, and maybe my last!

Very very disappointing! Pizza was soggy, hardly any sausage on it and cold even tho we picked it up on time. I called to speak with a manager who would not give his name . ( the girl who answered phone called him Jason when she called him to the phone) I expressed my concern about how bad it was and he didn’t really seem to care. I think I will just have to drive to the Kraus on west Tusc to get a real Kraus pizza . I grew up on the original Kraus pizza made by none other than Larry Kraus himself. I am sure he would not be happy with how things are now be being run.

We have been eating krauses Pizza for over 30yrs and since we moved into the area 2yrs ago this location is very hit or miss. Tonight our Pizza was horrible , the toppings were all piled in the center leaving at least 2 inches of crust on the outside leaving an absolute soggy mess. If this wasn't bad enough when we called back to speak with the manager he really didn't care and said if we wanted to call back during the week go ahead because he only works weekends and could careless. What has happened to this one time great Pizza company, you should be embarrassed.
