I came in the other night about 45 minutes before closing time and I ordered 2 large crispy chicken meals no mayo add tomato. Then requested 6 pies and 2 milk shakes. They were out of pies unless I wanted to wait “15-20” minutes (which we did and I think they were irritated that we did)and they had no shakes because the ice cream machine was down. I then received my food. I quickly realized that they did not pay attention to me while I was placing my order at all. I received “extra mayonnaise” and “no tomato”. And my French fry’s were cold and soggy. My overall experience was ridiculous. Even the cashier was rude.

I love this McDonald's. Seriously! They are quick and nice. They smile and the chicken nuggets are 100% how they should be made. Always hot and crunchy. The coke is just right too!I go here and not to the Cleveland Ave one.Just watch for people walking in the parking lot and lock your doors. Also, use the drive threw.

I don’t know how you can possibly mess up a sausage McMuffin that requires 3 ingredients. Somehow both my sandwiches ended up with onions. Explain how that’s even remotely possible. Called and asked and they said nope, it does not come on it. Not once in 26 years have I ever got onions when ordering this. It’s one thing to have a brain fart. But even people who don’t work here know it doesn’t go on the sandwich.
