Love the food of course. This drive thru is absolutely insanely slow at getting orders out. I have no idea why I've been sitting in the line for 10+ minutes for a cup of soup 🙄 good thing I'm not running late for anything because you guys also think it's smart to close off the drove thru sp nobody can leave.

I was in there the other day and it’s was a very bad experience and my food order got messed up. On top of it I seen the manager Aaron leaving his car after smoking weed. I could also smell it on him during our interaction in the store. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go else where.
I have given this location several chances, and every time, it is consistently worse. The drive-thru is always slow - today, we did not move up one car for 13 minutes. The staff are not trained properly and consistently rude and annoyed. Today was no exception... the young lady taking my order was rude and put out when I asked her a question while giving my order - she was blatantly sighing loud enough for me to hear. When I finished giving her my order of a quart of soup and 1 sandwich, and she said it was $30 - I decided I was done with Panera. It's such a shame because this used to be one of the best options available for quick meals.

Placed online order for bakery items, all which showed as available. Received the email that the order was ready. Arrived at the store to pickup the order and was told the items were not in stock. How can the online order system show the items available, and the order-ready email say the order is ready, but the items are not available?
