Red Lobster

I had the crab legs and a baked potato. I could not get all the crab out of the legs because I couldn't get a cracker they told us they were all dirty and the snow crab was so small. In all the years we have eaten here this was the absolute worst. They brought 3 biscuits and then 3 more skimpy. The waitress was awesome but couldn't get half the crab legs open. I will not be coming here again.

This place isnt what it used to be. Had dinner tonight and there were flies and gnats at the table and had to swat them away several times. the salt and pepper shakers were covered in grease, my steak was over cooked and hard to cut. The replacement steak was under cooked and also hard to cut. Didnt want to send it back under the possibility of it being over cooked again, which was ordered medium. The server took a while to bring extra napkins i asked for and never brought the steak sauce that i also requested. My salad, shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tail was good though. My 2nd margarita tasted like bitter cheap liquor with not enough flavor syrup. It was so bad i traded in for a mountain dew. The first one was not that bad. The biscuits dont have quite as much flavor as they did in the past. We packed up, paid and left after a short while. I dunno what happened. Used to be an hour or more wait to get in there now the parking lot wasnt even half way full on a friday night in the middle of summer. Oh, and the light bulb in the lamp above the booth was flickering all weird. Food price definately went up $200 bill for 2 people but the food, service, and restaurant didnt seem up to that standard. I think they should make some changes or hit the road. Used to love this place.

Just not what it use to be, prices are very high, food not half as good, look at this clam chowder, its pureed, if u order to go be sure to check ur food, best to go to Tim's Tavern, not a fan of RL anymore, even if it was free!

update...tried again, look at this mess, what kind of lobster is this?? Steak was undercooked thick & rubbery, it flew off my plate trying to cut it, fortunately mgr gave me $10 off?

Jeremy is THE MAN. We've had him as our server for several years and he's just what makes the experience the best. Besides the great biscuits, cocktails, food and more this place usually has availability and great service. Especially with the recent troubles of the company I'm glad this one is still open and still shining.

Honestly idk why I’m writing a review of this since Red Lobster nationwide went bankrupt but the food here is amazing along with the atmosphere. I’ve always said Red Lobster is underrated as the shrimp scampi, fries, & lobster is fantastic. The biscuits are so underrated too. Sadly, we may not see them anymore unless they are bought out.
