Kara and Tiffany were amazing. Excellent service and the drinks were outstanding.

Been coming here for a while. Maybe the extra crowd from live music on thursdays has them thrown off. No spicy chicken sandwich one day and no slaw on it when we got it next time(they were out...) and the French fries were still crunchy potatoes (pretty gross). My expectations were definitely not met. Well give them another shot, hopefully they are as good as I remember next time

I’ve had mixed experiences at royal docks before.. and this location I’ve been to numerous times and has always been okay at best. But my visit today was absolutely wonderful because of Giselle. She was my bartender and she was absolutely wonderful! So nice and helpful. My 5 stars is 100% because of her. Will be back for her!

The place sucked. One person took the order at the counter and asked for a tip before service. Another person brought the drinks, another person brought out the food. My chicken was clearly microwaved with different temperatures present throughout. Probably won't ever return.

Sadly, not what it once was, very limited beer on draft, serving a lot of beer from cans, versus from a tap. They’ve had complete staffing turnover multiple times within a year, that alone speaks volume of ownership and leadership.

Stopped by on 2nd Saturday for a quick beer and a bite to eat. Beer is always good and particularly enjoyed the breakfast sliders and the sauce on them. Will be back and definitely want to bring a group here in the future!

Took a quick weekend trip to the football hall of fame. This place looked intriguing to us. We each got a flight, so we had a chance to try a majority of the beers. We enjoyed most of the beers. We would come back again for the beer but probably not so much for the food. All three of us got the fish and chips, and we all agreed it wasn't the greatest. We were brought in by some of the pictures in the reviews of the food. We ignored a couple that said the food quality has been slipping lately. I wished I took a picture to compare to the other good reviews with a picture. There would of been a clear difference. It wasn't hot, didn't taste fresh or flake apart like fish should. It was soggy and seemed like it was probably sitting in a tub of warm water. At any rate it wasn't worth the money and the portion of fries you get was pretty laughable. When she first set my basket on the table, I legit thought they forgot the fries. They were just mostly hidden under the fish. It seems like they need to work on the consistency. We didn't say anything. You don't really have a dedicated server. It's a walk up to the counter and seat yourself kind of place. I feel like if there is anyone there who cares enough, the food wouldn't come out that way in the first place. Drink the beer and look at your neighbors food before you decide to eat.

In the past the food has been great. Sunday's visit however was a tremendous disappointment. Our favorite dishes were no longer on the menu. What we did order was terrible. The chicken and waffles were obviously frozen and the worst I've ever had. My wifes breakfast tacos were inedible. I expected better...sad.

Came here a little after 4pm tonight, there was a few people in there but not too many, there were no waiters or waitresses, we waited for a little bit and then we left, due to lack of service,The table was not clean and neither were the menus, just sayin.So I went home and made my own dinner!I can’t believe you don’t have some kind of steak on the menu either!You all missed out bc I am a good tipper

Overall the place is nice. The seating is good with a nice patio. They even have a fireplaces outside if it's chilly too. The decor is nice with some brewing touches and it was clean.The service was good. Our server was polite and attentive. The food was a mixed bag. The soft pretzel was good with the stoneground mustard and their beer cheese. Pulled pork nachos were alright. The pork was dry and could've used a BBQ sauce or been kept in it's cooking juices.The main meals took a while but a big group had ordered before us so that's understandable. However I think this caused the problem with our food. Three of us had burgers and got medium well for all of them. I think they got away from them cause they were pretty burnt. They weren't hockey pucks but you could pretty much only taste the char. The fries however were really good. They did offer to remake the burgers which was nice of them but we didn't wanna wait any longer.Overall I wanna give them another shot. Just easily fixable things that honestly maybe on a different day wouldn't even be a problem.

We love the patio during the warmer months. They have great beer and food. But the service hasn't been great the last few times we've went and so we haven't gone back in a while.
