I visited this place because of the humorous name. (Same name as the coffeehouse in the comedic television show The Community.) Fresh tasting coffee and tea that is better than Starbucks. There is no indoor place to sit and eat, but there's a large parking lot surrounding this store if you want to stop. There's a drive thru and a walk-up window. We ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich, teas, and a mocha latte. All of them came with a tasty chocolate covered espresso bean. We stopped in the parking lot to enjoy ourselves and were back on the road in no time. All of their baristas were cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend this little coffeehouse gem.

We came from out of state and wanted to try a something different! When we pulled up to the window we had no idea what we wanted so we told the person at the window to make their favorite! They made us the best drink and were soooo sweet and kind!

The Bean is my absolute favorite coffee spot. Every Bean I have been to has impeccable service and coffee. There aren't many around so when I am near one, I will make that detour!

The owner and staff are very unpleasant. It saddens me to talk poorly about a locally owned business, however I cannot offer my supports knowing how poorly I was treated. When I called to complain, the owner was very condescending and did not take my concerns seriously.

Great service and great coffee. I come here so often that some of the regulars know my usual order.

I went to this location (Canton, Ohio on Whipple) this after noon 05/26/24 at around 8:15pm (by the time I got up to the window). As my children and I sat in the car waiting to be greeted and served we looked at the menu. After while I noticed some time had passed and I had not been acknowledged. I could see the young lady inside working. So I sat patiently a little while longer. After about 10 minutes or more by this time, I sat confused. Their hours stayed they closed at 9:00pm on Google. So as the young lady was close to the window I honked to get her attention and she chucked but had not looked at me. I honked once more and she finally looked at me, I tried to ask through the window if they were open. So I could have some clarity on the situation. Again, confused as to why I had not been greeted or had my order taken. She nodded her head yes, so I sat patiently another minute or two. I then looked up and she was out of sight and turned the lights off. I began to drive away frustrated at the lack of communication and out right bad customer service. As I drove away the lights came back on. I turned around and she turned the lights back off. With this being said, This Human Bean location will never get my business again and I will be calling corporate. I attempted this afternoon but they were closed. However, I will be following up on the lack of professionalism, customer service and quite frankly respect for paying customers. If they were in fact closed, a simple “we’re closed” when if through the window would have been sufficient. But informing me, stating that they were open, then turning the lights off as my children and I sat patiently to be served is beyond unacceptable.Hopefully management at this location can correlate this date and time of this incident with the young lady who was working. She was tan complected, had brown/black long hair, which was in a ponytail and had jewelry on which was attention grabbing.I will also be following up with corporate.

I walked over with my younger cousin while we where waiting for my dog at the vet. Honestly I don’t think I’ll be going back again as we where walking up they already seemed upset. While we where waiting for the order we had just made my little cousin seen something else he wanted to try out, even though I had already paid. I let them know and also tried apologizing for the inconvenience of not ordering it with the other stuff. I got upset when my younger cousin said we should’ve just got the drinks and left as he felt the looks we where getting from the staff where making him anxious and uncomfortable, we should be able to go out without being made feel uncomfortable. I feel it was very unprofessional of them to act like there being forced to work as if they weren't getting paid, I did not think my second experience at the human bean was gonna be like that. I work in fast food industry and no matter how bad my day may being going I always try to make sure that the customer feels comfortable and welcome enough to come back. Sadly to say there not worried about that and it’s people like that, that make me never wanna go back. ??
