Theres been a few times I’ve came there and there’s no roast beef at times. I over heard someone say the manager Antonio or Anglese is always leaving for hours at a time on most days. Sometimes my food isn’t made right the last few times I’ve been there.

Please learn how to give sauce when asked for in the drive thru. Yes, I'm a sauce person, I asked for ranch horseradish and arby's sauce and received 0. So now I was forced to eat dry food. I was told to pull forward, however, the car behind me never even passed me and still, my order was wrong. 730 on a Tuesday evening. Also could barely hear over the speaker in the drive-thru. My advice check your bags before you pull away. These people don't care unless It's their food..

I felt rushed by the Manager that was taking my order. Upper management was standing and talking in the way of customers trying to sit. There were only 3 people working. Because of that, service was slow. My mom got a french dip and it wasn't cut in half diagonally and not evenly. Both of our foods were cold. Not even hot.
Never eat here! My sandwich had no meat on it. They refused to give me my money back after the most idiotic exchange. Then lied about putting it back on my card. Moral of the story is don't eat here! Find somewhere else to spend your money. The one star is only because I couldn't put negative stars.

Next time your store is closed at rush-hour dinner time maybe put a sign on the window or next to the speaker where people order....waited a long time with many cars behind me to order....I drove to the window and honked a get tines. The blind guy drinking and showing on his ice completely ignored me. I then tapped on the window and he threw his hands up and yelled something with a nasty look on his face.. I then asked are you closed? He yelled yes.If this is how you treat customers I will never come back at this location ever again.Mind you it was dinner rush hour and many cars behind me. Maby train your employees how to treat laying customers with respect !I will never be back.If I could give 0 stars I would have

No way in hell is a reg. Roast beef worth the asking price. Arby's is overpriced. Only person inside and still takes 5 minutes to get food. Never again. And I thought Lebanon Arby's sucked, but this one is worse.

We went through the drive thru about 6 pm tonight. The gentleman in the drive thru (the only one working) was excellent! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This was THE messiest mess of a wrap I've ever had. 12 napkins later, I got through half of it and had to throw the rest away. That being said, their Buffalo chicken tasted great. Fries were hot and fresh, but the service was perfect. He was working his a$$ off and was friendly and upbeat through it all, waiting on others as well.
