Meet with friends here all the time. Also had a surprise birthday here. Everything was perfect. Food and service are ALWAYS excellent. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful. Michelle is the best waitress!!! Ask for her when you go in!

Sat at the table for at least 45min wasn’t greeted or offered any water. It still took them another 15min to ask if I wanted to order any food. Mind you others (non coloreds)came in after me and was greeted and served properly. If you’re black/ colored be mindful of the atmosphere before you spend your money with them.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered the Hot Italian sandwich…I guess Hot meant BURNT! What makes me angry is that the sorry chef saw the burnt meat AND STILL served it to me. I paid $20 for food I can’t eat! With this economy restaurants need to be able to provide food that matches the price! Don’t spend your money here! They obviously have no idea about good customer service.

Seated at dirty table at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday. Asked waitress to clean it off and was told it was “residue,” when in fact it was salt covering the table. Four people in restaurant. Three kitchen staff were staining around bar doing nothing. Waitress didn’t show up for ten minutes and served BAR patrons which walked in after me first, as she was constantly texting in her personal phone. Wings were like rubber which I sent back. Customer service was nonexistent. Still waiting… don’t come here!

Food is consistently good as is the friendly staff. Of every place in Chagrin Falls on Saturday night at 6pm, this was the only place a reservation was not needed. Walked right in at 6:30 and was able to sit right down.
